Giving this hotel even one star seems generous. It started with the hotel giving away my sister's and my rooms because they had over-booked, even though we had both called prior to our trip to let them know we were going to be a late arrival. We did finally get rooms after they supposedly cleaned two - apparently the problem wasn't enough rooms, it was not enough housekeeping. Once in my room I tried calling the front desk because there was no toilet paper or wash cloths - odd, since they had supposedly just cleaned the room. No one ever answered at the front desk, so I eventually had to go back down to ask for toilet paper and wash cloths. The gal that was supposed to be working the front desk was eating cupcakes and chatting with friends in the lobby instead of answering the phone. I was finally able to get what I needed and headed back up to the room, which by the way, smelled like someone had peed in the corner of it. The stairwell I used had blood smeared on the wall and steps - kinda disturbing. My sister in the meantime, had pulled back the sheets of her bed and there were hairs all over. She ended up down at the front desk to get clean sheets and had to make her own bed. Breakfast the first morning was actually not bad - maybe that's what gets the one star - but on the next morning they were out of almost everything and some people weren't even able to get any breakfast at all. The room where the ice machine was looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in at least a month and there was trashed piled by the doorway. This hotel was legitimately one of the top two worst places I've ever stayed. The customer service was non existent, the entire hotel was filthy, and they were out of everything from clean sheets to food.…
Worst Hotel experience ever. The nice lady at the front desk was set up for failure the minute we arrived. They were over booked. Walked into our room and the room wasn’t clean, beds weren’t made, the room was a mess. We went back down to speak with the nice lady at the front desk, poor woman was overwhelmed. She called the Manager who told her to call in housekeeping all while dealing with a line a mile long. The Manager should be fired. We were assigned to another room, a two bedroom suit, carpets were nasty, bathrooms were dirty, only 2 towels for a two bedroom suit with pull out sofa, no floor mat, no hand towels, toilet clogged constantly, pain falling off walls, curtains falling off, the room was worse than a $50 Motel. Do not make a reservation here.
We were told that our room would be available by 1. When we arrived they said to come back at 3. We checked in at 3, sent up to our room only for it to be uncleaned. We finally got into a clean room about 45 minutes later. This room was suppose to be clean, but the bathroom was filthy. It looked as if the floor had not been mopped, hair all over the floor, caked dirt along all the edges, and black and red mold very much visible all along the parameter of the tub. It was gross. When I was in line to get another room, another person was also asking for a different room because there was dog hair all over her bed. It feels like they have a combo of bad management and poor work staff.
I made a reservation for May 24, 2021. I travel with my dog, so I need a pet friendly room. I tried calling to ask if I could do an early check in. The phones did not work. I arrived early and was shown to my room. The room was filthy. Whomever stayed there before me, cut their toenails and all the toenails were all over the floor. There was spilled coffee in the bathroom. It was disgusting. The rugs in the rooms were ripped and badly stained. I complained to the front desk and told them I wanted a different room, which they did. I went into that room and that room was also dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. The tub was dirty in this room, which I cleaned. I also wiped everything down with my antibacterial wipes. The front desk person told me that their vacuum does not work that good. That is a poor excuse for the hotel being dirty. The halls have an odor, you can tell it is not clean. If that hotel were cleaned thoroughly, it would smell clean. It smells dirty. The hotel is in dire need of renovations. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN.…
Whew…. Where to start. When making reservations I asked for a first floor room close to an exit door because someone in my party had a broken ankle… Upon arrival the lady working the front desk told me we would be on the third floor. I asked if we could be moved and was snapped at and told no. We had a “suite” that smelled like cigarette smoke and dirty whores😬. Thankfully I brought and used an entire can of Lysol spraying everything down. Room was one of the nastiest I have ever stayed in. Bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned in several stays. Went to the Dollar General and spent $20 on cleaning supplies and gloves to clean the bathroom before anyone would even go in it. Surprised the shower curtain did not fall out of the wall like it had obviously done based on the repairs that looked like they had been completed by a third grader. The following morning at 9:30 I asked for a few extra bottles of water at breakfast and was again snapped at and told “we are not putting anymore water out today” by Hitler working the front desk. The cleaning staff in the hall way were nice and cordial; they were the only bright spot of our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE…. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. If I owned this place, I would shut it down for a deep cleaning/repairs, fire all of the management,(because it is obvious no one is managing anyone at this place) and start from scratch. If you decide to stay here and have a bad experience, I hope you hear me in you ear saying “I TOLD YOU SO!!!”…
