Pool was a dark green with debris in it, got to the room, water was running in the tub and wouldn't turn off but wouldn't turn on any stronger either, room stank of marijuana, tub and sink was nasty, every thing was sticky, floors dirty and not swept. Parking lot was trashy and was surrounded by what appeared to be drug dealers and users. This is the kind of place you pay by the hour for and only use it for nasty deals. We checked out within 10 minutes of arriving, was told we would receive a full refund but then they won't give us the refund promised. Don't go here unless you are looking for drugs and nasty.

Well upon arrival our reservation for expedia was for a hotel called the stay inn express and clearly there were signs all over for masters inn. The 1st room gave to us wasnt what we had reserved, 2nd room was still dirty and beds still as previous guest had left them, 3rd room bathroom smelled of urine, floors so dirty i couldnt even take my shoes off, and moved the night stand between the beds to find drug paraphernalia and ashes everywhere, parking lot and walkways littered with drug addicts and prostitutes. NOT a place for children to be near let alone sleep in. These owners should be ashamed of theirselves!! False advertisement at its finest!!!

The only good thing about this place was the location to the airport. The location of the hotel it self was a little worrisome. The staff was friendly and it looks like the king room we got was updated with new flooring, counter top and bathroom. The pool was far from looking refreshing.

This motel told me that my family shouldn’t mind a few small roaches.We took a few pictures but chose not to upload some because they will make your skin crawl. We put up the minimal. They were running everywhere. My husband used a piece of tissue to kill one so they said we used the tissue and couldn’t get a refund for being in the room 5 mins. We called the bank and the bank called them and straightened out this fraudulent charge. When getting our money back on our card and leaving, there was working women who didn’t appear to be healthy walking around the parking lot. Please stay safe and stay somewhere else.

This place is awful!!! We paid $60 for a night and was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Wish I had read some reviews before coming here but it was on July 4th and other places were full. Don't stay here!!! Walked in the room and the front of the AC was on the floor and the door handle was laying on the floor. Someone stole the batteries from the TV remote and the fridge did not work. Who knows what else we will find as the night goes on. I would give it a negative # if I could.
