Horrible experience ... / worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Toilet didn’t work ... had to change rooms took about 45- to an hour just at the beginning .... then had to get new keys almost every day if not every day plus not enough keys provided when asked for 3 keys
This was a very unique stay. My room was right next to the parking lot, but I am fortunate that there were no loud noises. My room was pretty spacious, but it was dated. I hated that the a/c unit was right next to my bed. No matter what temperature you choose, it is always blowing directly on you. I really had no choice other than to turn it off completely. Temperatures reached 77 degrees in the room. I won’t be staying here again until I have some status with Hyatt. Hopefully they treat elite members to better rooms? I appreciated that they served a full breakfast unlike other hotels during the pandemic. However, I am lactose intolerant, so I would have appreciated almond or soy milk to go with my cereal.
I stayed at this property for one night during a recent business trip and was pleased. This seems to be a relatively new hotel; the lobby, business center and rooms had a sleek, contemporary look. It is conveniently located a little over three miles from Charleston International Airport. My King room was spacious, with both living room and sleeping area. The vanity area was conveniently separated from the toilet and shower. The work desk area was functional. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room (lights, plumbing, AC, wireless Internet, flat screen TV, etc.) worked as it was supposed to. The room design wasn’t perfect as the closet was narrow, and the toilet/shower area was rather cramped. The complimentary breakfast area was spacious and well-stocked, and included some hot items. The common areas were also well-kept. Check-in and check-out were both efficient and pleasant. There are several restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. The rate I paid was fair for this type of property. All-in-all, I enjoyed my stay and can recommend this property.…
This was my first stay at a hotel since Covid and I was a little apprehensive. Stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt for a mini vacation. The staff was very accommodating and the cleanliness of the rooms were great.
We are a family of 5 and the children are 10 and under. The room was perfect because we had a pull out sofa. Usually we have to sleep 3 in one bed and 2 in the other. It works but it’s tight. The room was a bit dusty but still clean and the breakfast was great and hot with a good variety for the kids. The location was great too!
