I enjoyed my staying at the quality suites North Charleston I would recommend them to family and friends as well the staff is very helpful and they make you feel welcome also there is plenty of restaurants walking distance from the hotel which is a great help and convenience also they are very affordable price as well!

Checked in on the 3rd Oct. staff was really nice and helpful. Got room 150 and when we checked it out the bed sheet had blood and hair in it. They were really nice and changed out the linen. Then the next day spotted roaches in the room. Got some roach spray from our friend next door who had the same problem. Didn't see any more until the day we left. They really need to address this problem in the rooms.

Quality Inn & Suites location in North Charleston is just right in a number of ways from the location to the room rate to the room quality to the breakfast to the staff. I have had a quality experience every time I have been here and was impressed with all that they offered and felt taken care of. This place is well worth checking out if you need a place to stay in this area for a few days or longer.Its best stay in Town.

Saw multiple roaches within the first hour. Hotel was very dirty, cigarette butts behind all the furniture, location didn’t feel safe. As we checked in another customer had decided to leave as well for the same problem and threatened to come back with his gang if his money was not refunded by 8am.

I will never stay in this hotel. I drove from out of town to stay there for the weekend and when I got there they canceled my reservation without even calling me first. Then they wouldn't help book another room.The worst customer service ever. Also the hotel is very trashy looks like a lot of drugs go through there at night time.
