Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast is housed in a historic, turn-of-the-century mansion that overlooks the beautiful town of North Augusta. Originally completed in 1902, the home combines a classic antebellum-era More style exterior with an interior inspired by the Gilded Age. We’re just north of the Savannah River, which puts guests near local mountain biking routes, downtown North Augusta, and Augusta, GA. Meander along the Greeneway Trail on foot or bicycle and enjoy miles of scenic outdoor exercise. You’ll experience exquisite service and a relaxing stay that includes a hot-served gourmet breakfast, a snack station, and a large veranda and gardens -- everything you need for a night of sophisticated luxury. Our warm, traditional atmosphere also provides the perfect setting for meetings, luncheons, and even weddings. Less

I recently spent one night at this Inn on my way home from another area. The Inn is a treasure, lovingly maintained, very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Best part for me, however, on a rainy cold evening was crawling into a bed warmed by a heated pad, that kept me cozy all ni

This home stands out as a place so special and grand along our southern journey. It's positioned in North Augusta which is a good stepping stone to wherever else you're headed in the area, and it's certainly worth getting off the beaten path to experience such ease and hospitali

Wow, it blesses us so tremendously to receive this sort of praise! We love when guests take such an interest in the historic value of our home. The porch is still Diana's favorite room in the house, so we're very glad it was one of the home's highlights for you! Hoping we'll be able to have the two of you in again soon! Warmest regards, Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast

We weren't exactly Hurricane Florence refugees - but we were trying to get to Florida from Virginia which required a westerly route through Augusta since I95 was closed in several places in North Carolina. We literally called an hour away from Augusta and Kelly answered. I told

Our fabulous bathroom!
Hubby in our beautiful guest room!
I notice fireplaces in the guest rooms, but are they working fireplaces? thanks so much
Unfortunately, all of the fireplaces are now decorative - as much as we would love for them to be functional in the traditional sense, there is an abundance of wood that pose even more of an abundance of risk in terms of fire damage! Hope you will decide to come stay with us soon!
