We wanted to stay at a place near the activities and this is it. Two blocks from the beach and many restaurants. Only problem it is aross the street from a large field that many loud activities were being held up to at least midnight. Towels were lacking as all we got were two hand towels and two washclothes. NO ELEVATORS so be prepared to haul yur stuff up and down. Two beds in our unit and one was against the wall and the other against the AC unit. Staff was friendly. Pictures in the hotel description are right on!

What a joke this place was, I saw the news story about the “Hometown Hero” and thought I would show support for his hospitality, he was either drunk or on some kind of drugs making no sense to even talk with. The room I stayed in which was only for one night passing thru town was one of the scariest things I’ve encountered. Firstly it stunk like a moldy pee hole, the floors were sandy and sticky. The bathroom was covered in mildew and old caulk, the toilet seat was broke and stained (bowl has pink stuff all around it). The bed linens were stained and raggedy with hairs embedded in them. The walls had markings and gel like smears. The outlets were loose and sparked when I tried to unplug my charger. Took a stroll outside the direct area and immediately became alarmed at all the criminally intent lingering in the parking areas and neighboring buildings. There’s a huge open field that I witnessed people using to relieve themselves in, several prostitutes proposition me as well as (I want to say an male older employee) for some weed. Anyhow if this is how your City operates and acclaims Heroes then you really need help!

Upon arrival greeted by staff who were friendly and helpful. They were having some computer issues and had overcharged us by one night. Thank you to Elizabeth to sorted this with sincere apologies and refunded our extra night charged once she could.. The hotel has a quiet policy between 11pm and 9am.. great for guests that are looking to rest and not just party! Shame some of the guests don’t adhere to this however the staff are quick to address any late night noise. They can’t choose the guests but u can choose this hotel. You pay for what you get. Don’t expect the Hilton expect the real atmosphere of myrtle beach and that’s what we came for! Thanks again Elizabeth you are an asset to that hotel... 😄

This was our second time staying here.. I only stayed here again because last year it was decent we had a great stay.. This time was terrible.. fishy disgusting fridge that smelled of rotting seafood.. if that wasn’t bad enough my daughters bed had a sunken hole in the mattress.. Even though the fridge was cleaned again.. we spent 4 days in a smelly room.. Not once were we offered another room or different fridge. I will not stay here again.. if the service doesn’t improve I think more people will follow my lead!!
