I'm pretty sure you can at the age of 18 there's just a security deposit and you must have a credit card that they keep on file to make sure there isn't any damage (this is typical when younger ppl stay in hotels) after... More

I was just there the last week in June 2017. No renovations to speak of. No construction. Do not book here, it is disgusting.
