An older hotel but the staff (most of them) will bend over backwards to assist youwith anything. Just to make you feel at home they always greet you in the hallways and lobby area. The lock on my room had me insert my key 3 to 6 times every time I tried to get in BUT I have to tell...

This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times we booked a suite. Beatiful room with river view. Amanda and Kimberly are friendly, very accommodating and patient! Above and beyond service. Will stay again.

We needed a hotel for one night. We arrived after 9 pm. The front desk staffer was very helpful. We were put in a first floor room first. The TV didn't work. We were moved quickly to another room. The room was clean. The beds were old but okay. We AC was loud but we were too tired to care....

Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2017. When checking in the front desk girl was not very sociable. She was more interested in her phone going off then she was to help us check in. Noticed that they are doing some remodeling by the restaurant. After scrolling thru photos its been that way for a year if not longer....

We paid extra for a king room facing river and pool. Hotel has indoor pool and outdoor pool and we paid over $600.00 with taxes - for 3 nites. . There's nothing fancy here. We stayed here 4 years ago and they had free breakfast included now you pay. I see a deterioration here. Probably would not stay here again...

My family and I stayed here about a month ago. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was great, no issues. It was clean, everything worked. We had a great view of the river. The only thing I did not like is the water in the pool was ice cold, so my kids and I could not use...

Expected so much more. Hotel was very good, but did not meet my expectations. Lobby being renovated, so this is good. Rooms were dated (booked 2). Carpets worn and orange-ish paint. Had to flush toilet in my room twice to work. Halls were especially bad. Very loud AC and either bad TV or poor cable/satellite, not generally a concern, but...

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Overall the building looked like it was falling apart ie broken ceiling tiles, construction site plastic tarp near restaurant. The pool area is so dangerous the tiles when wet were much more slippery than typical pool area tiling. My kids slipped several times. The hot tub was very slippery also and was connected...

I stayed in Clarion Hotel & Conference Center in Myrtle Beach for two days on my trip to officiating volleyball matches in Myrtle Beach. My room was German cockroach infested as I caught three cockroaches and my roommate caught one. It was not pleasant. I told a hotel attendant about cockroaches that I found in my room and asked him...

Arriving at the property was kinda strange. It seems like everything around the property was out of business and or run down. I overlooked that. Once I walked in I could immediately smell chlorine. The very old pool and first jacuzzi spa made is on the other side of the wall from the front desk and open seem odd to...
