Facilities not so great... but location is excellent, and there are wonderful staff that are helpful and polite. Pool is closed, There was a sign on the door to get coffee or orange juice and a muffin at the office, but the office stayed close the whole time we were there. Ice machine also broken.
Less than 1 star. Stay away!!! No pillow cases. Sheets don’t fit, phone don’t work. AIr conditioner wouldn’t cool room. We were miserable!!!! Can’t say enough about how nasty this place is. Steer clear!!!
This place is the slum! My dad passed and we just wanted to get my mom away right after the funeral. The rooms are ran down, bedding wrinkled, bugs woke us up in the middle of the night crawling on us. (They offered bug spray) No ice machine. They charged $3.50/bag. Wi-Fi and cable was awful. They are overpriced and worn down.
We booked one night here. I booked on hotels.com and the reviews there were great. So I thought why not. We had a budget. We got there and the place smelled like weed. Kids were running around. People yelling. We got in the room. The door locked but just barely. My husband ended up putting a chair under the door knob. The one bed had no sheets and I’m pretty sure bedbugs. They brought sheets and as I was putting them on, a cockroach fell out from between the mattress!!!!!! I doubt I’ll get my money back on this, but I contacted hotels.com about it. We will try the manager, as we do have pictures, but fro other reviews, I doubt it will help. I will dispute with my credit card company
The room was all but clean. Smell humidity and discussting. Missing light bulb in the fridge, fridge probably 20 years old, no batteries in the tv remote , even missing bed sheets in one of the bed! The door was closing with gaps everywhere... and honestly, we felt unsafe. Above all we saw huge cockroach falling from the bed! Needless to say we took our things and left not staying the night.... this is basically a cheap motel with locals . Avoid this hole
