The place was excellent, Vicky, Laura, and Shannon all helped to make the stay memorable. From reservations with Vicky, to the actual stay with Laura, and at the end when Shannon made some calls to get me to the Airport on time, the trip was great!
I received the absolute best customer service from Trish. I have stayed at the hotel many times but was not planning to come back due to some issues the last couple times that I stayed there. She really took her time and she answered all my questions and now I’m super excited to come back and give it another try.
Tristin B was a great waitress during our breakfast at WaterScapes. She was very kind and provided excellent service. She greeted us as we walked in and was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend her.
Getting ready to visit Marina Inn at Grande Dunes for a destination wedding. First steps, Bride found what she said was the perfect place for everyone to stay. People there were amazing and so helpful organizing a welcome reception and putting together one and two bedroom packages. Now it's my turn, three couples that live on opposite sides of the country want to spend as much time together while enjoying the fourth couples wedding. I call the and speak with Trish, tell her i'm looking for a three bedroom (not part of the wedding packages pre selected) so we can all be together. Trish was great on top of her game with customer service was able to find us the perfect three bedroom, three bathroom with balcony facing the river and sunsets. Trish thank you so much can't wait to get there for this long awaited wedding and visit with friends. If this is the service just making reservations cant imagine the in-person service.…

Have to say that Trisha was one of the nicest, most genuine and helpful reservation employees I have ever dealt with. ( and I travel frequently. ) I felt like I was talking with a friend. If the others that work there are as nice and helpful as her this will become my new go to hotel when I'm in the area. When I told her it was my first time to stay there she thanked me and said they were looking forward to welcoming me there. I asked about the rates and she helped me obtain a rate in my expected range after considering different offerings and platforms. I couldn't have been happier with her service. I hope the management appreciates what a gem she is. She reminded me of the great folks at Pinehurst who always answer the phone "It's a beautiful day in Pinehurst how can we help you" which makes you feel welcome. In a nutshell she was very welcoming. This review is specifically for Carrie & Nancy Calise and Milton who all work in the Waterscapes restaurant. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by them during our stay and they were wonderful! Kind, warm, caring… they went out of their way to make us all (including our kids) feel welcome on the 3 occasions we had breakfast. They brought candy canes, toys for the kids, they were just awesome! Thank you for your kindness to us. Hopefully, we will see you again Christmas 2023. Ebi O.
Fanastic hotel, great food, staff great , breakfast was great served by staff Carrie & Bliss, this is our favorite place to come year round. There is lots to do here in the area, helicopter rides, pirates , shows, great seafood.
Brandi,sue,and Carrie are the b st servers and are the heart of food and drink. Go there ask for them you won’t be disappointed. I stayed January had breakfast and very morning and cocktails at happy hour. Th happy hour menu is just enough but the evening menu is Devine
We arrived on January 6 to Sunday the 8th,when we got to the room ,I was about to shower ,on top of the drain ,was a pile of hair ,discussing .I immediately we t to front desk ,all she told me was ,I get someone to clean it up ,a d that's all she did .That made me feel that the bathroom wasn't completely sanitized, that's terrible. Thank God ,I bring clorax wipes ,etc...Then later on went to get some water out of their refrigerators and treats ,ice cream was refreezed, told manager ,he did credit me ,but ice cream was still in the freezers for other guests to eat .When we went to check out ,the lady was nice ,but the manager got right up from his desk ,went to a room when he heard my name .I just left ,with my mom and sister .That room shoukd had been completely sanitized, and old ice cream should had been removed for other guests .all the germs ,Covid going on ,that was terrible, very upset ..…
