Good place to stay, pet friendly, just across the street from the beach. Not brand new but has a nice natical flavor and a little pizzia on site with very good pies. Price was reasonable for the location and setting. We enjoyed being able to walk our little dog on the beach and the shaddy side streets away from traffic....

It's a home away from home. Love the grounds and pool.An old fashioned Inn in the area where.. you wouldn't expect it to be! Close to the beach with ..while having nice old Palm trees and feeling cozy...off the beat of noisey high rises.

This place has everything a pet owner could want. Spotlessly clean inside and out, a fenced puppy playground, hot tub, WiFi, lovely landscaping. Owner Avi and assistant Kevin are customer oriented and go above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything they need, whether it is standard with the room or not. Although our room had not yet...

Mariner Motel has the friendliest, attentive staff. The property is well maintained inside and out. Everyone who stays here are sociable and kind. The small village environment feels like home. The prices are reasonable. This is a quaint motel in a small village setting. When we inquired about renting a room we were shown different options with no problem. We...

Reviewed last year at five stars and it's even better. I was there from mid-June to mid-July and was impressed with the addition of a jacuzzi in the old kiddie pool and the renovated fish pond, both of which required diligent and intensive work by Avi and his staff- among others Kevin, Tony, Kim and others who pitch in. What...

My first trip to Myrtle Beach we stayed at the Mariner Motel and did not understand the parking procedure. Being handicapped, my wife parked in the designated handicapped space. Avi, noticing I'm handicapped, carried our bags to the room. My wife parked our 4 door, full sized pick up truck in the handicapped spot, however, because of the size of...

This review has one main focus on the Mariner, and that is the compliance with disabled parking. My cousin is staying there with her husband, who is disabled. They just arrived yesterday evening, they were greeted by Avi the manager, who seemed like a pleasant individual, and even helped carry a couple of items upstairs. Once my cousin emptied her vehicle and all...

As a lifelong vacationer to Myrtle Beach, I have had the opportunity to experience numerous hotels and motels from all around the grand strand area. The Mariner has been the most enjoyable location by far. With all the amenities of a large chain, it is coupled with a staff that makes one feel like part of the family (any need...

This is nice small beach motel with 2 pools across the street from the beach. Nothing fancy, We were there last week for a week and stayed in a one bedroom room. Bedroom had 2 beds. Dresser in room is not really easy to use, but we hung most of our stuff and used the one in the living area....

Upon my arrival to my "clean" room, there was a pack of cigarettes on the dresser, the sink was filthy from being "backed up" and NOT cleaned, along with the FOUL odor of urine that reeked in the room. Later we found someone else's black camisole under the table covering up a pile of fecal matter which was left by...
