So exceeded expectations. Super clean and nice staff. Price really good. Couple of things to expect breakfast is to go only but very good. You park across the way in garage. Also the “ “Concierge “ is really just a time share sales person . Wasting a lot of paper with useless coupons for tourist trap places. Definitely would return.

where do I start? So I had high expectations for this room looks like high class.. And indoor water park is awesome... And a 250.00 deposit I just knew it was gonna be fabulous, Booyyy was I fooled! First checkin was pretty awesome cause we didnt have to wait till 4 cause I room happened to be ready after 12. Check in was a breeze till I had to go see the overly prissy guy to get our welcome package. He really didnt provide us with nothing and said there was no special at this time hummmm okay but the next couple seemed to be greeted happily and provided with all kinds of deals.. Wow imagine that! So moving on we get to the room its nice but not what I imagine it to be... No matching kitchen stuff no pan no cooking stuff and it advertised a stove but only a top 2 eye burner with one working eye. No water pressure in shower, towels and wash clothes dingy yellow.. Then when we pull out the pull out GESSHHHHH NASTY!! it was thin nasty mattress and there was one cover and 2 pillows no sheets nothing I called to get one and when housekeeping bring it she was so rude and mad she just threw it at my chest and walked off.... Matter of fact the WHOLE housekeeping crew was terrible. I had a housekeeper stand and argue with me and cuss me slap out she was already slammed stuff in the room next to us but I simply asked do I need to call the office or can i just request stuff from her and she did not feel like working that day for sure! It was a terrible experience! The pool and slides was pretty good but I expected a lot better for the money! Needless to say next door was alot better and I will not be coming back to south bay!…

My husband and I stayed for two nights in a Queen oceanfront suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable, Beds were firm, the water pressure in the shower was good, and there were numerous electrical outlets and good lighting. The best part of our stay was the service and food at the restaurant and cafe. We were greeted very warmly each morning and Ten Ten and Daine went out of their way to make sure our mealtimes were excellent. This was my third visit to South Bay, and I hope to be a return guest for many more years!

We stayed for my middle child’s 6th birthday. We had a lot of fun in the water park area. It was still cold in the pool area b/c it is not completely in closed. The water was warm so as long as you jumped from pool to pool it was fine. Ten ten and AJ were very nice and friendly at breakfast. Everyone seemed to be following all safety precautions.

We had a blast the service was great and everyone was friendly. Jantzen at the front desk was so nice and was very helpful. The kids had a blast with the Waterpark. It was cold out and we booked because of the indoor pool and park. It was definitely worth it.
