Im in greenville working at the Michelin north American hq which is conveniently located across the street. My stay has been great the past week and I'm heading home in the morning. My suite is clean and plush with granite counter tops, wet bar, and 2 flat screens. The outside does look dated but the inside is updated and looks...

I would have titled this review "What a dump" but a previous reviewer already did! Exhausted from driving I stopped in here late without reading any reviews, after all, how bad could it be for one night? BIG mistake. The hallway stunk terribly, and the carpet in the room was so shredded and tattered it likely couldn't have been vacuumed,...

Please accept my apolology for your disappointing stay. The hotel is currently going through a complete room renovation project floor by floor. We hope to win your business back once our hotel is updated and in pristine condition

My stay here was terrible. My room was dirty, cracks and chips all over the walls and it looked like when they did make a repair, they had an amateur do it. My room and the hallways smelled absolutely horrible. There were shady characters hanging around the hallways and parking lot. The location of the hotel seemed like a safe...

We checked in around 7pm. Got to room got bags unloaded and then that is when we seen a roach. Seen one crawling on the floor and then my husband sat at desk to eat food and a baby one started crawling right in front of him on the desk. I would not stay here again. I don't do bugs...

I stayed in room 106 for 3 nights 10-15-15 through 10-17-15 while visiting family . It was very clean and quiet also had nice restaurants within walking distance. The desk clerk Katrinia was very nice and helpful with all of my questions on traffic , car wash , etc . Thank You for the nice stay in Greenville . :)

To start, I had booked a non-smoking with queen bed for 2 nights . When I checked in I requested a quiet room and again stated non-smoking. Initially I Was Booked ON THE Main Floor Across from the breakfast room After speaking with the desk person she agreed to move me to the 3rd floor..What I did not realize is...

I stayed in room 108, and it was a very good clean room. It was a holiday weekend and the rate was $100. lower than the Ashville, Hendersonville area. We had a room waiting as promised, and getting around to visit with friends in Travelers Rest was easy (just off HWY 85).

Probably worst budget hotel I have ever stayed in. Non- smoking room smelled of smoke. Ring around tub. Water damage in ceiling. Mold in corners etc., etc. Understand you get what you pay for and it was only 70$ but lack of basic cleanliness should be an embarrassment. Front desk was zero help. 3 or 4 other hotels in walking...

Very good for the price. Small rooms. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Good location. I would stay again when traveling though. Lot's of folks come here for the Clemson games, as there are not many hotels available closer.

Decent enough stay. The bathroom is in need of a face lift. The shower head was not very good at all. The top edge of the shower had a little mold. Easy enough to find from the interstate. Place to eat and shop close by. Check in and out was quick and easy.

“If you have a lot of luggage, they have a rolling cart they make available to you for carting your belongings to the upper levels, but even better.... ask the attendant to have a ground floor near the side door... which is very close to the parking area and opens with your room key. (Very convenient location for moving your luggage to your room).”
