Hotel and staff very accommodating!!! It was exactly what we were looking for. To stay on the ocean, walk or ride bikes everywhere we went in Folly. Get a good cup of coffee in the morning:) life is good!!!

The hotel is only a few stories high to start with. They have elevators. The disabled room had a fairly large bathroom with a walk-in shower (I believe there still was a small lip at the floor) and there was also a removable shower chair. The sink could accommodate a wheel chair being up to it.
