We stayed at this hotel during our college tour. It was very well maintained. Great parking. Easy to find. Good location. Nice staff. Breakfast was tasty but pricey. Room was nice. My only complaint would be that the bathroom has no vent. It's a very small space and when you're traveling with family you can't bath with the door open...

Easy to find and great for commuting to the Masters. Hotel is very clean with excellent all round service, food ok but would suggest to eat out as there is so many great places nearby. The Amtrak station can be noisy so try to get a room at the back of the hotel but it never bothered us.

Stayed here for Campus visit. Well appointed and had everything it needed. Was just like any other Courtyard--not fancy but did the job well. Check in was a breeze. This was a quick walk to most anywhere on the somewhat sprawling Campus. Would definitely stay here again if in Columbia.

I was here for a training and stayed several nights. The rooms were nicely decorated and furnished. Everything seemed clean. The meeting facilities were comfortable and convenient being right on the property. Overall a good experience.

On our way home from FL my daughter googled for a place to stay. I told her to look for something in the range of $90 - $120. She found Courtyard by Marriott in Columbia, SC downtown at a price of around $120. When we arrived it was midnight and they said the rate would be $239. I was shocked...

Stayed here during one of my visits to Columbia and I would definitely stay here again. There is free parking on-prem which is great and you are close to both the USC campus as well as a CVS, and other food places. Rooms are clean and the lobby is very nice. As with other Courtyard properties, there is a bar/restaurant...

I stayed here one night with my daughter to visit USC. Our room faced the street that the hotel is on and the traffic was very loud. Also, there are train horns that went off 4 or 5 times in the night we were there. I knew we were in trouble since the hotel left a sheet of paper that...

Stayed at the Courtyard this past weekend, attending baseball games at the University of South Carolina. Hotel is conveniently located, directly across from the USC basketball arena, and is within easy walking distance to many local restaurants. Free parking was available in the hotel's deck. Our only contact with the staff, which was at check-in, which went smoothly and were...

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location if you're visiting USC. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint, the walls seemed thin because it felt like I heard every move the other guests made. Either that or guest nearby were very loud and inconsiderate. Recommend for convenience to campus.

I was quite disappointed after traveling the abroad to return to the states and stay at this hotel which was overprice and not at all worth the money. The rooms were average. I did enjoy the suite but the bathroom was so small I felt claustrophobic. The room and living area was okay. However, the stucco walls made the room...
