Best Place to stay in Clemson. The room was clean and well appointed. Love the Keurig coffee maker. What makes this hotel so wonderful is the friendly and caring staff. A room that overlooks the lake is very nice is available. Also, the suite style rooms offer two rooms, which is a plus, if one person in your party wants...

This "Inn" with it's new restaurant "Soles" is just the most relaxing place ever to catch your breath in a warm, friendly, and extremely beautiful location along the lake. My wife and I enjoyed our time there so much, great food, wonderful location to see the foot hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the interesting campus of Clemson University....

I stayed here on a Sunday night. It was during Clemson's fall break and there was no one around. There were only 5 rooms rented out for the night. I thought I might get a price break considering the fact that there was no demand for rooms, but no luck. The room was comfortable although there is little counter space...

I was there on conference travel. This place is very nice and quiet. Although to drive in at night was absolutely scary. I'm talking black out, wooded area! The Inn is situated off the main road behind trees and surrounded by a golf course. During my three day stay I never saw or heard any children playing about the building....

We were a bit disappointed this was not walkable to campus. It is not far, but no really safe way to walk and it is on the opposite side of campus from the down town area. It has the feeling of 1970's style motel that has been updated. The updates are nice, but ceilings low, concrete walls with not any...

Recently stayed a couple nights at the conference inn since they completed renovations. Rooms have nice finishes and the new large showers are great. Went for a run around the lake next to golf course. Wish I had brought my clubs as the golf course looks great.

Stayed here for move in weekend. The actual room was fine - nothing wowed me. No mini fridge would be the only complaint. The resturant is not open for breakfast, they have a small kiosk like they do in some Marriotts. The resturant is quite a long walk through the conference center. The food was good and prices very reasonable....

I was back at Clemson to attend the 50th anniversary of the program that I got my undergraduate degree in. The Inn, the Golf Course and new dorms under construction are certainly new to me. Clemson has certainly come a long way since I graduated in 1978. Go Tigers🐾

We have stayed at the Martin Inn several times over the last few years, and it is a consistently pleasant experience. The hotel is part of the conference center at the university and is therefore more like, well, a conference center than a standard travelers' hotel like a Hampton or Holiday Inn. No complimentary breakfast is provided (although there used...
