We enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful historic inn. The staff were all very helpful, especially Darrin who went above and beyond for us. The location was great and could walk to many places. The city market was right across the street as well as many restaurants and shops. If we ever go back to Charleston, we will definately stay here.
Great location. Within walking distance of so many places. The market. Battery Park. Great restaurants. Loved the four poster beds. The courtyard is so charming. Ate breakfast there each morning. One night we did take out on a charcuterie board and enjoyed it in the courtyard. The pool/hot tub was nice to come back to in the late afternoon the relax before dinner. All staff were so helpful and a great representative of this lovely place. Would stay here again!
Met up with two long time couple friends at this location. The location is central to historic Charleston so we were able to walk. The Inn is warm and friendly with a true historic feel. We will return there on our next visit to Charleston.
This inn has a great location, right across the street from the city market. The front desk and Johnny the valet, were very helpful. Everyone was nice and a pleasure to be around. I rated this a four because we had a private balcony but we could not use it because the furniture was covered in pollen. We also had some noisy upstairs neighbors who let their kids run across the floor until 11:00. The happy hour every afternoon was great and the cereal every morning was appreciated. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Charleston.
Great historic in downtown Charleston. We love staying in historic hotels. The staff was great. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean and we had our rooms cleaned daily. Which is a treat during this pandemic. Nice to have wine and cheese in the evening.
