We came here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and enjoyed a DELIGHTFUL stay!! The staff were fabulous - attentive, helpful, always cheerful!! The room was fantastic - secluded, luxurious & quiet!! We stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend & enjoyed a delicious breakfast delivered to our door each morning - it was a fabulous way to start the day!! The location is quite walkable to downtown venues, and on those occasions where we would rather not walk, we were able to take advantage of their offer to take us via golf cart - marvelous - no parking issues!! We highly recommend this wonderful gem!! Thank you Restoration Hotel for providing a wonderful experience for a very special celebration - we can't wait to visit you and enjoy your wonderful city again soon!!

We stayed here for a wedding and were anticipating a first class experience give. The high cost. Totally ordinary at best with “amenities “ that someone who obviously had no hotel experience decided to add. Cutesy stuff. Management -or lack of -is the obvious issue. No mature manager in sight and everyone seemed to be college students doing 3 different jobs. In terminal waits. No car brought down despite 25 minutes notice then it was the wrong car. Preimier class prices but a Marriott Courtyatd a far better experience. Maybe one of their “boutique@ hotels but never again here. Awful awful service and architecturally difficult to maneuver and stay in.

Quiet, comfortable hotel located in the middle of Charleston. Close to the market and shopping on King St. Our room was wonderful. We enjoyed the appetizers and breakfast delivered to our door. There were snacks in the room, and the shower was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
