As per all the other reviews, the Cuthbert did not disappoint - even in the pouring rain ! Such a shame the weather turned on us, but being able to retreat back to our Mariners Suite was a delight. The staff were attentive and very welcoming and the property is just so lovely. We are really glad we chose to...

The House itself is gorgeous, the rooms beautifully appointed and immaculate. The attention to detail from the Staff is so impressive, from the table settings and food at breakfast, to the lovely hors d'oeurves served on the front veranda at Sunset. Ask to use the bikes to cruise around "the Point" and avail yourself of staff member Wes' recommendations for...

Owners Jeff and Maryann make you feel so welcome to their home! They have a wonderfully warm and friendly staff. We even got to meet the South Carolina Governor and her husband while they spent a night there. Definitely would love to return for another visit. Love Beaufort too.

Amazing - from the moment you drive up - great setting. It is very southern and welcoming. Rooms are huge and well decorated. They offer all the small touches. We traveled with friends and stayed at 3 bed and breakfast hotels. This was my favorite.

Wow. Didn't expect this. We were pleasantly surprised at the large bedroom, called the Garden Room, with all of the amenities of a great hotel, plus a huge bathroom with walk-in shower. There were multiple balconies to use to view the bay and garden. There is a happy hour where you can meet the other guests and snack on hors...

After reading the article in AAA magazine a few months ago, I knew this B&B would be our next travel destination! My husband and I love the experience and social atmosphere of a B&B, and the Cuthbert House far exceeds any we've stayed in previously. The 5:00 social hour was a wonderful way to get to know the owners, Jeff...

Beaufort (pronounced like "beautiful"), South Carolina is one of our favorite towns in the U.S., and Cuthbert House is a wonderful place to stay. Right on Bay Street, looking out over marshland to the marina, it is the perfect location for local sightseeing without having to drive. The house is beautiful inside and out, with high ceilings, antique Oriental rugs,...

We travel a lot for my work and my husband's work so we get to see and stay at a lot of fun places. This is by far my favorite. We love Jeff, Mary Ann and the staff. We stay in the Sea Coast room and it is beyond wonderful. We love the 5 o'clock happy hour and getting to...

My husband and I decided to enjoy a staycation for my birthday and stayed at Cuthbert House Inn. I was impressed from the moment we parked. There is a wonderful courtyard with a water feature that instantly set the tone of relaxation. When we checked in, Wes and Wendy were professional and efficient with southern hospitality mixed in. The Inn...

Hi there and thank you for such a kind review. Jeff and I love what we do and that is meeting new guests that turn into returning friends. We also appreciate your sharing the fact that we have a private parking lot with a space for very single guests. We look for your return. Mary Ann
