Loved the hotel. Beautiful views, nice rooms, had no problems with respect to front desk or housekeeping services. The resort was not fully open yet (it was too cold for the beach, so can't really rate that aspect of it). Very quiet as again cold and a bit off season still and I think the feel would be completely different...

They will not answer their phone if you need something in your room. All lines, from valet , room service, spa, dining, etc. are routed to the front desk. You place your room service order with a guest relations person at the front desk who tries to interpret the menu. If the single desk clerk is with another client checking...

First, this is a review of their brunch only. We did not stay there overnight. It is an absolutely beautiful facility and I would love to come visit offseason. While I would go back for lunch or dinner, I would not necessarily go back for brunch. My musings in no particular order of importance: 1) this was advertised as a...

My husband booked us in the Beach Rose Suite with direct ocean view to enjoy our 10th anniversary weekend. We were offered a glass of sparkling wine or bottle of water (chilled or unchilled) on arrival. There was also a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in the room when we arrived. The room was stocked with fruit, snacks and a...

My wife planned a wonderful 25th anniversary weekend for us at the unparalleled Ocean House. This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever visited. The service was impeccable starting with Elise providing us such a welcoming experience! She kicked off the weekend for us with glasses of champagne and then giving us short tour and inviting us to...

When my husband surprised me with a two night stay at Ocean House, I was excited for the opportunity to get away. When I heard what the price was, I was concerned that any hotel could live up to the expectations you would expect for paying over $840 a night for a room (including taxes and fees). From the moment...

We discovered Ocean House by accident having only booked the day before. The service was exactly as you would expect. A welcoming champagne at checkin and a very comfortable room overlooking the back bay. We were welcomed at reception with champagne, always a nice touch. This is a very smart hotel with a certain old world charm, albeit with all...

Dear Shelflifer, I’m so pleased you discovered Ocean House and enjoyed your time with us. When we renovated the hotel, our goal was to preserve the historic feel and old-world charm of the original building, which dated back to the mid-1800s. At the same time, as a Forbes triple five-star resort, we understand the importance of providing our guests with...

Looked forward to this brunch at this grand old hotel for many years as it has been on my "Bucket List". We(six ladies)travelled a good hour to make this happen on a very sunny, spring Sunday. We arrived on time for our reservations(complimentary valet parking and a fairly good number of stairs up to the entrance) and after a short...

Dear gerry991, Thank you for joining us in Seasons. I may be biased, but I think our Sunday Jazz Brunch is the perfect bucket list item. We kept true to the original hotel’s design and do have quite a few stairs up to the entrance, but we also have an easily accessible ramp from the driveway into the hotel. Although...

The hospitality is unmatched. Every member of the staff, from the valet to the waitresses are kind, attentive and engaging. You feel like the only one staying at the hotel. It is hard to find a nice beach in some parts of Rhode Island but a few short steps from the hotel and you are on a lovely beach. The...

The personal welcome, special touches at every turn, fantastic cooking class with Chef Paul, the Make a Mad Martini class, an unbelievable Chef's Table dining experience with chefs Jacob, Andrew, Dylan, Olivia, the OH spa and so much more...
