If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE especially if you are sensitive to smoke. Supposedly some of the rooms are saved for smokers (What? at this day and age). We were given a non-smoking room in the basement (it's called the first floor, but it's not), but the smell of stale cigarette smoke lingered into our basement room, not to mention being able to hear people talking right loudly outside our window because it's facing the parking lot, not the mention the smell of someone smoking pot and cigarettes- lingering through the vent. After calling the front desk to see if we could move to another room, they said that they were all booked and couldn't. They promised to send someone with a scent neutralizer (1 hr ago, and it's a no show) When we asked about…

I was in town for a wedding and was trying to find an affordable room. The hotel itself was adequate - our room was clean but there was an odd smell throughout the hotel from the lobby to the hallways to our actual room. Nothing really stood out good or bad for me on this stay, the hotel was what I needed and for the price I paid I can't complain too much.

My assessment of this property is: it's ok if you don't look too closely. What do I mean? I mean that on two visits in consecutive months, I had rooms that had a moldy shower curtain...two different rooms and each one had the telltale stains along the bottom of each shower curtain. The air conditioning in the rooms is inconsistent. My king room was fine, then on a second visit when I booked THE suite...the air was barely a factor...and the air flow was weak. Look, it's alright to stay there...I guess...I did twice. Just set a low expectation and you will be satisfied.

Where the site is physically situated is a bit off-putting but don't let that dissuade you - the rooms are clean and there is a nice family friendly atmosphere in the building. We had a nice time here.

Was here in Warwick on business and had stayed here before. I had a king room that was immaculate. Ashley at the front desk was very helpful with dinner recommendations and very efficient. Yes, it could use some updating especially the tiny elevator but it was perfect for one night. Breakfast was the industry standard and was available beginning at 6am and there was also an airport shuttle if needed. Pool looked very clean .

Room 210 is horrible room. No guests should be put in this room. Across from elevator. Guests coming and going/talking waiting for elevator from 9 PM to Midnight. "Ding" "Ding" " Ding" all night. Slamming of luggage into elevator; slamming of cleaning cart or something into the elevator, etc. Then early in morning staff uses the ice machine to set up breakfast; so you have an automatic "Ice Machine" wake-up call DAILY! For you guests sake: make Room 210 the computer room or more seating for the breakfast area. Truly not a GUEST Room. Totally disappointed.

In an industrial area. Tired looking. Sheets and towels okay and breakfast okay. Terrible, slow, single elevator and my first ride in it was after a leaky trash bag had been drug across the floor. Staff was fine. Glad it was only one night and glad I didn't pay full price.

Very comfy bed, linens and towels and a clean, quiet room. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even printed directions for me to a beautiful park for a walk. If there had been a fridge in the room and a grocery store nearby, it would have been perfect!
