we stayed with Nancy &Steve during a weekend cycling trip. We could not have asked for more gracious, warm and welcoming hosts or better accommodations. Beautifully decorated, immaculately kept B&B, warm and inviting, gorgeous grounds. Lovely bedroom suite--comfy beds, great duvet, afforded us a great night's sleep, the smell of a delicious home cooked breakfast welcomed us each morning. Our...

Just spent 4 nights at the Richards Bed and Breakfast this past weekend. The location is perfect to see Narragansett, Newport and a short distance to the ferry to Block Island. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Nancy and Steven were delightful hosts and helpful with insights into the area. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of...

My husband and I just returned from a delightful three-day stay with Steven and Nancy in their beautiful home. We were in Narragansett for a lively birthday celebration and the Richards' "retreat" was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. From the moment I walked through the front door to our departure we were made to feel perfectly...

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at The Richards this weekend. We arrived very late but were welcomed with kindness. The house has been restored with great hardwood floors, is painted with soft tones (our room was painted sky blue) and populated with beautiful antiques. The house has a classic lift that was used to carry our...

A beautiful B&B, lovely grounds, great home-cooked breakfasts with interesting conversations with our hosts and other guests. B&B is conveniently located in Narragansett and the Richard's are attentive and helpful hosts. We have stayed here on more than one occasion and will do so again. Thank you for this lovely B&B.

Located on the historic Gibson Ave, the property is simply exquisite. This charming, historic house is just a 10-15 walk to the ocean-front, the town beach, coffee shops and...

We were in Narragansett for a wedding and needed a base for a three-day stay. From the moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated hallway to the time we left, we were treated like family. Nancy and Steve are superlative, attentive hosts. They provided directions and helpful advice on area attractions. The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Most impressive...

We stayed at the Richards recently and it was one of the best BnB experiences that we've had across the Northeast. Nancy, the co-owner was very easy to deal with on the phone for a reservation and explained that they accept only checks and not credit cards. While it appears old fashioned to some, for us it wasn't a big...
