I had stayed at the Hotel Warner about two years ago and was pleased with my stay. Accordingly we were looking to staying here again. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the hotel has gone down hill in the intervening period. First the positives. Location is excellent. A popcorn machine in the lobby dispenses free popcorn. We requested an early check in...

I apologize that you were disappointed with your stay with us. I took a look at your stay with us two years ago. I see that you booked an executive king room and requested it be on the fourth floor. Both of those requests were honored. This time you initially booked a corner king and requested a high floor, corner...

The Warner Hotel is the place to stay if you are an out-of-towner attending an event at the West Chester Country Club, the Historical Society, or one of the local restaurants. We were glad that the hotel felt like a modern, clean hotel. This hotel is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants in charming downtown West Chester. If you...

Although I live very close, I stayed at the Hotel Warner due to a family wedding. The accommodations were very nice - very clean and inviting. The location is also great for those from out of town because it is right in the middle of the borough, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. West Chester University is also...

Just happened upon this hotel on Hotel Tonight on a Sunday night. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, free coffee, popcorn. Nice little bar that you can order local munchies and watch TV. Breakfast included eggs and continental fare. Rooms good size with 2 queen beds, updated bathroom. Air conditioning a little noisy. The regular room rate seems high but we...

Enjoyed our one night stay. Perfect location if visiting West Chester. Hotel room was huge, Internet was free and fast. Everything was clean and well organized. I could have hoped for a valet to help drag our bags up the steps leading to,the front door but that was a minor quibble in a great stay at the Warner

The most important of the many fine attributes of this hotel is the ideal location: in the heart of downtown West Chester, PA. It was surrounded by many fine restaurants, cafes, lounges, drinking establishments. Moreover, there are also many interesting shops in the downtown area. The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean. My wife and I were very pleased with the...

A definitely needed addition to downtown West Chester. Keeping the ambiance of the old Warner Theater was such a fantastic concept. Love the curved staircase in the lobby that used to go to the balcony. Staff was courteous, prompt and extremely helpful. Had a king size bed in a perfectly sized room, very spacious. Bathroom with tub and shower was...

Hotel Warner was very well run and beautifully maintained-the touches of history throughout added to the atmosphere. The location was ideal for walking to many shops/restaurants/bars-very cute town! The public parking across the street was a bonus and quite convenient. The breakfast offerings included hot and cold options and was better than most-the 'market' in the lobby was handy as well....

Interesting choices these owners made. The hotel is a hybrid of budget and boutique. The bed and linens are fabulous, there is not a pen or scrap of paper in the room. There is a popcorn machine and good coffee available in the lobby but no newspapers in sight, (we were there on a Sunday and still like to handle...

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Warner. Stayed here on my way from Philadelphia to points north and glad I did. Wished I had more time to check out the downtown WestChester area, as the location of the hotel was perfect for that. As for the hotel, the room was nicely appointed with TV, coffee maker, and small refrigerator....
