This is a well-run inn with beautiful woodwork and well-chosen furnishings. The owners are present and are welcoming, knowledgeable, long-time residents of the area. Because the rooms are large and separated by closet space or bathrooms, you do not hear noise from adjoining rooms. The full breakfast was a good way to start the day. I look forward to a...

I was so lucky to find this gorgeous B&B and interesting, walkable town for an April friend getaway weekend. For less than the price of a nasty generic hotel, my mental/physical renewal began with the host graciously accommodating my arrival time, a uniquely charming room and waking to the smells of delicious breakfast, with yummy fresh fruit. Met friend for...

We stayed at the Inn after visiting Ricketts Glen State Park in Pennsylvania. The town of Towanda feels like it's been there for a very long time as does this inn. The innkeepers we kind and accommodating. More laid back than what I've grown accustomed to at B&Bs and I consider that a good thing. Breakfast at the communal table...

This overnight stay was planned to provide a comfortable sleep and breakfast after a long drive and before four nights of camping nearby. The price was quite reasonable and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded on arrival (without request) and appreciated the thoughtfulness and a lengthy chat about local history. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The floors creaked...

The name says it all-the Inn is charming yet cozy. Mindy and Jack, the young innkeepers, made us feel at home right away even though we arrived a day late due to getting our days mixed up. Full of period pieces, every room is delightful and reminds one of a simpler time. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious. We greatly enjoyed...

Very nice young couple run this B&B in their authentic Victorian-era home in a small, rustic town on the river. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and we enjoyed our one night there. If we are in the area, we would stay there again.

The Victorian Charm Inn is beautiful, and the pictures posted don't do it justice. Outside, it stands tall and elegant, while inside, the foyer is simply stunning with its gleaming original woodwork and grand staircase. Our room, with a porch, was beautiful, comfortable and the bed was just right. I have back and neck problems and don't always find beds,...

Such a lovely place to stay, the house is gorgeous with lots of interesting little historical facts and features. The room was comfortable and clean everything we needed, the only drawback was the the air conditioning could not cope with unseasonably hot weather. Breakfast was delicious and we had great company. Jack was a gracious and helpful host. Unfortunately a...

From the moment I first contacted the manager of this B&B I knew it was going to be AMAZING. We had a special request in that we don't eat pork and could be bring some Turkey bacon. He would not hear if it and said everything would be set when we got there and then THANKED ME for letting him...

We are glad you were able to make the event in town and chose to stay with us. It's amazing to us what we consider doing the little things for guests that come naturally, but are not provided in other places. Sounds like we exceeded your expectations and we hope to see you again.

Rooms are very clean and Jack, Mindy and Micah were the perfect host! The location is close to everything and walking distance to downtown. Our host recommended a good restaurant for us on a Sunday evening which was much appreciated. The breakfast was wonderful and Jack puts a lot of care into his cooking. We had chosen this place to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Come and enjoy a stay at our Queen Ann Victorian style home, built in 1897, by J. A.Decker. He was a wealthy lumber baron and banker, who built this impressive 30 room home for his family. As you arrive, you will be welcomed by the front wrap around porch with pedestal columns and a double entry with cut glass. As you enter, you will be embraced with unique cherry and oak woodwork, stained glass windows, and beautiful antiques throughout. The large stained glass window that beautifies the grand cherry staircase, welcomes you to the second and third floors. This is where the main guest rooms are located. The third floor was originally a ball room, which was later modified into guest rooms. These modifications were made by the Mandeville family who bought the home in the early 1900's. As a result of the stock market crash, the home was then converted into a bed and breakfast. ... more   less
