Outdoor room seemed creepy for women to come & go from. Rooms were too hot. No air conditioning. Staff tried to accommodate with portable fans which helped but still not too comfortable to sleep.

I dont usually give bad reviews but I felt dirty from the time I entered my room. It was a very small room with nowhere to change without changing in front of whole family because the bathroom was so small. The handle for the cold water fell off while I was in the shower and it took me 10 minutes... More

You get what you pay for. The room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Toe nails on the floor next to my bed. Food left in the frig. My hair dryer did not work. There was not a fresh roll of toilet paper installed. My towel was stained. There was a used rubber glove laying in the hall.

It is a good hotel for business travel, just make sure you don't get a room by the pool or on the outside by the pool entrance--people will make noise and congregate there. The breakfast is free but nothing fancy--you may be able to... More
