Sandy and Carlton are the best! Made us real right at home. Very clean, and beauty everywhere! We had a graduation at PSU and I worried about the ride there and back. It turned out great. Very easy ride! Loved the place and would stay over and over again!

From the beginning to the end this couple extended first class hospitality to us in their magnificent bed and breakfast. The accommodations were sparkling clean and the breakfasts were beautiful, tasty, and generous. We would recommend this home to you.

Beautiful scenery, very nice well-maintained lodge style home, with wonderfully friendly owners. Stayed in the Buena Vista room while in the State College, PA area and will definitely stay again when in the area. Three quest rooms are nicely appointed, all with private baths. The Buena Vista room has a Jacuzzi tub in the room. The owner's, Sandy and Carlton,...

We had a wonderful stay! Food was fantastic. Awoke to fresh brewed coffee, scrumptious breakfast with an awesome sunrise. Twenty minutes to downtown State College yet worlds away when we came back to our hideaway. Put this on you vacation bucket list. -The Kings.

Friends of ours recommended this mountainside B&B outside of State College, PA. We found it to be a true gem that does not disappoint. We stayed in the Buena Vista room which had a relaxing Jucuzzi tub, comfortable bed, and large window to view natures beauty. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Everything about this B&B was well thought out. Attention...

We can't say enough good things about Sandy and Carlton. They are the consummate innkeepers, pulling from a heritage of hospitality and service, and adding to it their warmth and sparkle. The setting is lovely, with great hiking a short walk from their house. You will not be disappointed.

Such a wonderful, relaxing place. Sandy and Cortland were so very gracious. Don't be concerned by the roads up there, Shangri-La awaits! Waterfalls, mountain views and sunsets. We will certainly return on our next visit to Penn State.
