Being located in the South Side within walking distance to some great cocktail bars and shopping, The Morning Glory provided a comfortable room with great breakfast for our stay! The staff even left some candles out on the porch for ambiance during our visit.

It was such a wonderful stay and beautiful rooms and location. It felt somewhat of an adventure finding the room and seeing the property. The bath is what was one of the most amazing part because I have always wanted to bathe in a claw foot bathtub. It was very dreamlike!

The Morning Glory Inn provided a perfect getaway for my family and friends. If you want to stay outside of the downtown Pittsburgh area and enjoy the eclectic and beautiful south side ...this is the place for you! The Inn has an immense amount of history and character with beautiful garden in the front, side and back which adds to...

We selected the Morning Glory Inn by chance.Turned out to be quite serendipitous. Really comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, beautiful restored house. The neighborhood was terrific--easy parking, several very good restaurants, convenient to downtown and the university, and a nice neighborhood feeling. Felt like New York before we turned into an island of the bland. Being from NYC, we're used to all...

We had a wonderful visit (again) at the historic Morning Glory Inn. The accommodations were beautiful and the breakfast each morning was outstanding. The bed and linens were so comfortable. We enjoyed the urban location so convenient to many of the destinations within the Pittsburgh area. Can't wait for another visit to this lovely place.

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed the inn. Breakfast was tailored to dietary needs, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, the decks and courtyard lovely. The neighborhood isn't posh, but transitional, yet safe. I was concerned about parking, but we did not have any difficulty in finding street parking. We primarily spent our time in Pittsburgh near...

My husband and I were married at Morning Glory Inn on May 3. First I'll say that the accommodations are lovely and the atmosphere of the garden is beautiful and unexpected. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! If you're looking for a unique place to stay in the city, this is a wonderful choice. The rest of my review focuses...

I found this little treasure on the Southside of Pitts, PA while looking at the Hotels and feeling disappointed. Seemed like I was going to spend a lot of money and not be happy with my surroundings. This home is fabulous, well known for a Wedding/Reception destination! We booked the Garden Room and were pleasantly surprised. Being a weekday stay,...

I spent two nights in the Garden room for a business trip. The Inn resides in a beautiful historic house in a walkable part of the city. There is a charming garden, parlor with piano, and library, so plenty of common space. Joy made a wonderful breakfast each morning. I appreciated being close to Carson Street, which is one block...

After attending a wedding at the Morning Glory Inn last Fall, we received a gift certificate for a night's stay. My husband and I decided to spend our 1st anniversary here. It was very nice and there was a complimentary bottle of wine chilling upon our arrival. Located in the Southside of Pittsburgh, PA, the location is perfect - so...
