I had no issues with the staff, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent. Same food choices everyday, but just enough variety to not want you to buy breakfast elsewhere. Towards the end of my stay, the mini fridge in the room started to make a high pitch sound, but it didn't bother... More

This was an OK place but well past it's prime. The price is right and the location is OK. Close to the major roads but about 1/2 hour drive to downtown P-burgh with light traffic. Not very handicapped accessible...they have tried but it is not very ADA compliant. Room was OK but we stayed for 2 nights and it was... More

-Stayed here on a weekend. -Nice BIG indoor pool to swim in (open until 10pm which was nice) -the hotel has a very wierd layout, and can be challenging to find your room without a map. -there are NO elevators @ this hotel -Free Breakfast was good (scam eggs, waffles, sausage, pastries, cereal) -we had 2 double beds in our... We have stayed at this hotel three times now, over a period of several years. We picked it because it is pet friendly, priced reasonably and convenient to Pittsburgh. We love its relaxed feeling, its huge pool and great restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful! It was recently renovated, which is great, but it still has the look and... More

My daughter attends Carnegie-Mellon and I've stayed here several time over the last three years, after dropping her off or picking her up. As a hotel, I think it is just ok. There is a restaurant on site, which is convenient, if like me you have little energy to go in search of food after driving 7 hours. The breakfast... More

Every year i stay at this place and very nice and clean but never realize how great the staffs are. Before I leave to this place just phone Manager Cheryl and ask for a favour. Just to do a surprize thing for my daughter. It's really amazed me the way Cheryl and her staff showed their support. My daughter really had... More

We got price gouged for the US Open and the rooms were dated, musty and dirty.Breakfast was not very good but the beer was cheap. Thats about all I can say. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else if possible

The rooms and the exterior of the facility are in good shape. However, the hallways need updating. Decent pool and fitness center. Breakfast is also good. Location is okay. The main road is busy due to a shopper center and nearby interstate exits.

When we arrived I was skeptical about the musty smell and dated decor but tried to remain positive. The carpets in the hallways were faded, ripped and stained but I still was trying. Once entering the room, though, I was very unhappy and over it. There was water all over the bathroom floor that appeared to be leaking from under... More
