I loved this hotel. I've stayed at the Sheraton Station Sq and Westin on trips to Pittsburgh prior to this and the Renaissance puts them all to shame. I had room 423, a corner executive suite facing the Sister Bridges. Lobby is very high end looking and the lounge serves rather t

My experience was less than pleasant. The room we were checked had a strange smell, a musty, damp smell, it was then we realized that the ceiling in the bathroom had black mold growing on it. We checked out, and the hotel charged the entire room on to a credit card that was left

Overall a good hotel better than some of the others in the area; quick check in, very friendly, attentive staff. Gym equipment sometimes needs repair and can go unnoticed. Good location. I work in Pittsburgh and this hotel has become my go-to.

Thinking of a Hamilton weekend in January. Do you have an executive lounge and is it open on the weekend. If closed and as a platinum elite do you provide breakfast in the restaurant? Also, how long a walk is the theater and is it okay on a Saturday night? Not very familiar with downtown Pittsburgh. Thanks.
Yes all of above

Loved our stay. Everything was perfect for us. One question...Where can I find the exact pillows you have in these rooms? It was the best nights sleep I have had in a long time!

Can we invite guests to the Club Lounge? Can we pay a fee to admit them?
The floor is restricted to those with club access, but if someone came up with you I’ve never seen anyone check credentials once in lounge. It’s not like some of the larger lounges where they have someone at the door. Very nice lounge.

"Do not stay here."
"I think they must have rooms with great views...given the location...I just didn’t experience this."
"East, inner side will view more of PNC park thru the arch. South side had a nice view thru the arch, but was close to the elevator."
"The corner room is great. However, my room seems to be close to the janitor's room. In daytime it is a little noise."
"I had a room with double beds that faced the river. The ceilings were high and the room was beautiful"
