In the middle of town so lots of activity outside hotel like fireworks Friday evening and a party with loud music on Saturday night. Parking sparse and a tight lot to get in and out of. Room was clean, fridge, microwave and tv with HBO, so I got to see Game of Thrones. Within walking distance to many nice restaurants,...

Overall, everything was fine. The check-in was good, the room was clean, the beds comfy, the TV (well, it worked but we really didn't watch it) and there was a fridge and micro wave. Excellent location in the center of town, about 2 blks away from the Colonial Theater. There was coffee, fruit and bagels in the morning. And there...

If all you need is a room with zero frills and few amenities, look no further. You likely won't find a cheaper rate for a room in the immediate area. Our room had a single queen bed. With us and our luggage, it was pretty tight. Bed was decent. Bathroom was clean. There is no snack vending machine. They do...

We stayed here on a Saturday night while on a bicycling trip. The room was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing lodging in the Phoenixville area. The location is in the heart of Phoenixville, a very nice small town...

This was a pretty horrible room. The price told me it wouldn't be stellar, but there are a few things that were just not acceptable. 1. At check in, the front desk clerk seemed as though we'd woken him up, and that we were bothering him by checking in. I know it was 10PM, but really? 2. As soon as...

The hotel is located right in the heart of Phoenixville. The parking is awful as they clearly do not have enough spaces for the rooms but they do have additional parking in the lot next door for free after 10pm. You can make it work. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the guy at the front desk couldn't...

For the price paid it was a great room , The hotel is located right on the Bridge st. walking distance to everything. My room was a bit cold but the view was great overlooking the hustle and bustle of Bridge st.

We selected this hotel because of it's location (within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Phoenixville) and because of the price. The hotel itself was ok, for the price. The parking lot is very small, but we also made use of the city lot on the other side of the hotel, which is free on Sundays. The staff was...

Our group of friends rented 3 rooms. Very limited parking on site (less than 10 spaces). Staff was not overly friendly, they also smoked inside the building (break/mechanical rooms) which lingered throughout the hallways. The rooms were clean, but very small, and the hotel was pretty dated. One of our rooms had a TV that was only about 18", while...

The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, about the size of a cabin on a cruise ship. The hotel is very worn, I did not see any renovations being done, and I also didn't see an elevator, but we were on the first floor, so I'm not sure about that, For our visit this hotel...
