My husband and I stayed at the Grape Arbor B &B on our first trip to Lake Erie. We loved this charming B and B, it is and extremely well priced and conveniently located to the wineries and Presque Isle State Park and beaches. We stayed in the Chancellor Suite, it was very roomy and spotless. The queen size bed...

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious both days. The people in the building next door had to come to ours for meals. We stayed in two rooms on the second floor, friends across the hall. It was quiet, even though we were in rooms which were on the front street side. Air conditioner and ceiling fan also provided a nice cool...

Grape Arbor was great from start to finish. The Cabernet Suite was lovely - very clean and comfortable, enough space to spread out and truly enjoy the atmosphere. Whirlpool tub was relaxing as was the fireplace. TV available with comfortable couch. Small fridge with complimentary drinks, wine bottle opener and glasses all in the room. Comes with additional touches available...

I stayed in the Niagara Room over a holiday weekend. The bed in the Niagara Room is on the stiffer side, so if you like fluffy beds you may want to pick a different room. I had a great time with my partner. The inn is located is near the town square. There are restaurants and shops located within walking...

Thanks for your kind words! We try and pick our mattresses to be Goldilocks style--not too soft, not too hard, to appeal to most guests. Maybe next time you could try the Cabernet Suite--it has a featherbed topper! As you noted...both cats spend most of the time outside this time of year. Hopefully we will see you again!

Stayed for a weekend. Very nice older style manor. We were in the Isabella room which was very nice and roomy. Our first time at a b and b so not a lot to compare to. We really enjoyed staying here the breakfast is very good. It's very clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

We were made to feel very welcome upon our arrival. The Concord Room was very comfortable. Dale's breakfast was delicious; what a wonderful baker and cook. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would go back!

The back door that goes to the parking lot is never locked. When I asked about this, I was told that it is a safe community and the police station was right across the street. This didn't make me feel any safer. All of the common rooms and our room were very tastefully decorated and clean. Two cats do live...

Thank you for staying with us! One of the reasons I chose to buy and live in North East was the small town community. I live on premise at the Inn, and even when there are no guests, I do not lock the door. I don't think I would live in a community where I didn't feel safe, but everyone...

My daughter stayed at the Grape Arbor B&B for our first stop on a cross country trip. I had seen the photos and was happy to see it was everything I was hoping for. We received a phone call to check on our arrival time and a quick query about breakfast. When we arrived, Leanne met us, checked us in...

We stayed while in North East for a wedding, and were glad to have the one room (Isabella) on the main floor of this pretty old brick home. It's a large bedroom, but the adjoining bathroom is small. The bedroom opens to an interior hallway and also to a patio area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the inn...

We had a lovely period room. Comfortable and inviting. The common space was very attractive and enjoyable. The breakfast awesome. Some great wineries nearby. The inn keeper was professional without being in our face. Asked our wine preference before suggesting which winery. I'm not big on cars but they were not intrusive and very clean!
