We had brunch before and cane back for dinner last night. We had the same great experience! Service was prompt and food yummy. For this kind of quality ingredients and quality preparation the price was just incredible. We had the roasted beets and kale salad and the filet mignon. The meat was done perfectly, the wine reduction sauce was savory...

We had dinner there last night and I think you can give it a try . We sat in the front Porch. A glass enclosed area that gave a nice view of historic Newtown. Off street parking is a plus. The two salads that our significant others had were delicious. I had the French Onion soup which was also very...

Brunch is from 10-3pm. We arrived at 10;30 and some food still not ready like the prime rib and hashbrowns. It seemed disorganized with the staff, and I could overhear them bickering and speaking negatively about each other. The party behind us left because they were not attended to. We did enjoy the food, good selection and quality. Eggs benedict...

Made dinner reservations for Friday night at 5pm. We were seated immediately by a friendly hostess over looking the outside eating area and street. Our waitress was very attentive and took our drink order then dinner order. The food was good, filet mignon and pork chops. It took quite awhile for the food to come out of the kitchen considering...

We, my husband, brother and sister-in-law and I had bought a Groupon for the Brick Hotel Restaurant and were excited to eat at a place we had never been. The hostess never greeted us, told us to wait a minute and left us standing there. She finally seated us and the waitress informed us she was working solo. My brother...

The Brick Hotel is a great place to hold a dinner or happy hour meeting. There are are two private rooms, one small and cozy and another larger one. We have used both and the food is great as well as the service. I would recommend it for any type of gathering. Plus the happy hour menu and prices are...

Wanted to stay here because it is a historic building. Won't stay again. Carpet is dirty and stained. Something had been spilled on the carpet and bed skirt and we didn't see it until morning. One window was missing the black out shade. The others shades were out of reach. Bed needs a new mattress. And heater is broken. A...

Id like to start off by saying that the hotel and staff were lovely and very sweet. However, an incident occurred while I was staying at the hotel and because I did not feel comfortable staying the night there anymore I was told I would get a full refund. Its been five months and I have yet to see the...

The rating from Hotels.com was 4 star. I would rate it 0 star. First room 201 was hot tiny room that needed major repairs. Second room, 202 was slightly better but stuffy, dirty, no bathroom exhaust in either room. Windows wouldn't stay up and even if they could there were no screens. Rug had many stains also. Had scallops for...

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at the Brick. We try hard to please all customers and will continue to work to do better. The room you were in was 203 that you stayed in, we are replacing the carpets this month. 201 has hardwood floors. 202 with the window issue will been repaired by a...
