We have an employee stay there every 4th Friday during the summer month and doing business with these folks is a real pleasure. It is encouraging to see such honest and reliable business people in this day and age.

Stayed here based on other TripAdviser reviews and wasn't disappointed! This motel was built over 50 years ago but appears to have been built last year. Spotless! And the classic architecture, so well maintained, was something to admire! The owners are some of the most pleasant people you'll ever meet! Even after owning this motel for over 45 years the...

I was exhausted and trying to find a reasonably priced room that would permit my small dog. I called Kenmar and a super friendly man answered. I found that they fit the bill -for only $75 plus $10 for the dog I got a large, sparkling clean though slightly dated room. This room was way way better than any motel...

We travel the country for our business. We have stayed in many hotels. This precious gem stands above the rest. When night comes and we are tired and grouchy, I dread not having a hotel reservation. In the past, just finding a hotel and pulling off the road has been disaster, especially at night. This hotel is impeccably cared for...

We stayed here while visiting Creation NE in Mount Union. This motel is a diamond in the rough. Very friendly staff. Homemade waffles in the morning. Owner is very friendly. Very clean rooms, the decor is older but well taken care of. Easily accessible from the turnpike, the area is extremely scenic, and very pleasent and soothing. We will definitely...

We stayed at the Kenmar for 3 nights to attend a wedding only a few miles down the road. Is it an older roadside motel? Yes it is. Is the decor older? Yes, bathroom is the popular 1950's pink. That being said the motel is immaculately clean, has comfortable accommodations, and a kind set of owners. The Kenmar offers continental...

Stayed for one night, hotel staff extremely friendly the entire time. The lady makes breakfast for you and her blueberry waffles are delicious and very filling. We did notice many bugs in our room including small ants and a few spiders, which weren't terrible but this is why a 4 star review. Comes with a small hdtv with limited channels,...

I recently stayed here after a night of driving. I am used to staying at big chain hotels, so I had a few reservations from staying at a mom and pops. And I am so glad I decided to. This motel has easy access right off the blue mountain turnpike exit. Rooms were spacious and clean. Even had a high...
