    For the room $$$...a disappointment. Generic, packages of soap..no lotion, shampoo (innkeeper would bring if requested) no control of the thermostat (innkeeper would adjust when asked), a strata served cold. Courtyard unswept, garden overgrown. Nothing special for $287 a night.

    We had a great weekend here. We stayed in room 1, in the main house. It has a private porch. It was quiet. The towpath was just a few feet away. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for....More

    Susan ,Both rooms 7&11 have two queen beds and can be connected to rooms 8&11 if needed creating a very large suite of rooms. Thanks again for considering Porches on the Towpath

    Yes. We have ice buckets for your wine. We could (depending on how big whatever you wanted to keep cold) put your food in our refrigerator. However, we do lock the kitchen over night, so you would either have to get it... More
