Location is perfect. Owners very friendly and do everything to make your stay pleasant. Food was very good and imaginative. Our second stay at the Porches and would be happy to return. Gardens were very impressive as was the view from the porches on the canal.

Highly recommended spot in New Hope, PA! My wife and I spent a weekend in room 5 and we couldn't have had a better lodging experience. Room was spacious and clean, with a nice private porch and a view of the canal towpath. The staff was very courteous and had some nice tips on where to eat and what to...

Friendly service, very comfy bed and great breakfasts. It's a perfect location in town and has a beautiful garden. My husband and I had a wonderful time. 100% recommend. The place was very clean. If you get the top room you have your own personal porch. We will be back in the future!

Took my wife to New Hope to celebrate her birthday. After researching many places to stay I chose Porches and I'm very glad I did. The location is great, the room was comfortable and clean and Sean was absolutely great. Porches is lucky to have an employee like him. Breakfast was delicious and got our two days there off to...

Had a great night in Room 6. So refreshing to stay in a place that is far from the cookie-cutter, corporate vibe. Everything about this place is unique & interesting, yet none of the creature comforts are lacking. Friendly and accommodating staff--super nice to deal with. Property is situated perfectly next to the canal, with a quick walk to stores...

This B&B was in a great location and within a half block of Bridge Street connecting New Hope and Lambertville. Our room, #7 had a loft with a TV and day bed. It was very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. It also had porch that was very private because of the wisteria. Our breakfast was tasty and our hosts...

We recently stayed at the Porches for the Shad Festival. You absolutely cannot beat the parking and location. Park your car and leave it for the weekend. Everything is walkable from there and you are right on the Tow Path is you want to jog or ride your bike. The room was very nice and with outside access through the...

John, the owner, has done an amazing job transforming several old, forgettable buildings into a unique B&B experience. The main building, the small cottage buildings and the gardens all look as if they have been transported from the English countryside. The location is walkable to everything in New Hope. The staff if great. I've been going to NH for many...

You cannot beat the location of Porches on the Towpath. The inn is in the middle of New Hope, but it is set far enough back from the main roads so you cannot hear the bustle of people and cars (you can hear the train in the afternoon, though!). Our room connected to the upstairs porch, and from there you...

I stayed at this B&B while doing some research at the David Library in Washington Crossing. The room was cozy and comfortable. I had a view of the canal from my room and access to the porch and steps down to the Tow Path. I enjoyed walking along the Tow Path, and it was a short walk to numerous restaurants....
