This was our first visit to Rose Point Park. We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was fantastic. The cabin and outside of the cabin were in pristine condition, and we were very comfortable. Everyone at the registration desk was very nice and...More
We had camped here previously and were disappointed in the cleanliness of the facility especially the tenting area restrooms. In fact we used the facilities at the nearby McDonalds, but our plans were made spur of the moment and we decided to go back. We...More

There is no stovetop available in the yurt, just a microwave. You can cook on the fire pit, but you have to bring a grill top to put over the ring. I would recommend bringing pots and pans for the fire pit if you plan on cooking on open flame. There is heat in the yurts but all bedding has to be brought with you. Hope this helps.
