While traveling from Ohio to Virginia we ran into bad weather that called for rain turning to snow and decided to stop for the night. This place looked interesting. Log cabins of varying amenities. Ours (#6) was a bedroom (sleeps 6 with double bed, two twins, and pull out sofa bed), living/dining room with stone fireplace, and a bathroom with...

If you want a cabin in the woods, do not stay here. All of the cabins are right along the highway. Other reviews said cabin 8 was the most private. None of them are private. Cabin 8 does sit back further from the others, but you are right against a mobile home and another cabin. Cabin 8 needs lots of...

Thank you Tripadvisor peeps for steering me to this property for our weekend trip to the Laurel Highlands/Ohiopyle State Park. The four of us had a great time and really enjoyed staying here. The only down side, mentioned by others, is the proximity to very heavily traveled Route 40. But, Cabin 8 is at the rear and as city/suburban dwellers,...

Stayed on may 2016 weekend, rained all weekend. Cabin was dirty, cigarette burns in rug, dirty rug, had only one heater to heat the cabin and froze all weekend long. If you stay make sure you bring utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. No dish detergent to wash your dishes. Dusty, cob webs all over the place, unsafe wire extensions...

We recently stayed in Cabin 7 of Leber Log Cabins. It was located at the back of the property which was nice and private being as some of the other cabins are closer to the main road. It was a cute little cabin with a decent size living area which included a log burning fireplace, a sunken bedroom with a...

This is the third trip for my husband and I to Leber's. It is a wonderful relaxing way to spend a weekend for us city dwellers. The cabins are clean and comfortable, we get to bring our dog ($3/day), who loves it. Each cabin has an outside fire pit and table. $5 a day for wood is fantastic and you...

My boyfriend and I stayed here in for four days/three nights in September. We had such a wonderful time. The people who run the place are lovely people and very accommodating. We stayed in cabin #8 which came with a nice bed, living room with a fireplace, kitchen with a gas stove, small fridge, sink, and microwave, bathroom with shower,...

10 of us stayed in 4 cabins here, for a weekend of rafting on the Yough. A great price they are rustic cabins, but clean enough for our group (including 7 ladies). $5 a night for wood we had a raging campfire every night (and a raging party). There was several trailer homes surrounding the campground and some random friendly...

My husband and I spent 5 days here for our 22 second annivesary and decided that this is where we will be coming back to next year for our anniversary too! The people who run the place are VERY nice people, they have a lovely store (not a food store) with very reasonable prices. The cabin was great except for...

“Depending on your cabin, you can get a lot of road noise. If you are going in open window season (not all cabins have AC) you may want to bring ear plugs if you feel the noise will bother you or get a cabin in the back ( 7 or 8)”
