I know some other hotels from this franquise that is why I choose this hotel but when I arrived I was surprise the room looks old and smells cigarret a little bit even when my reservation was for a non smoking room. The restaurant a chinesse restaurant is boring, morning to do at night around the area. The staff need... More

This is another tired old Quality Inn. Its main virtue is that, relatively speaking, it is inexpensive. The complimentary breakfast was pretty bad. Nothing was particularly well done or appetizing, and I threw most of the few things away that I put on my plate. The furniture in my room was beaten up, but the attitude of the management is... My mother and I were stranded at Philadelphia Airport at 11:15 pm and needed a good night sleep. The Courtesy van from airport to the Quality Inn came rapidly. The driver was pleasant. The Quality Inn "desk" man was most helpful and efficient. The room was average, perhaps a bit musty smelling, but well within our appreciation of having a... More

I found myself not able to go home for a night and I needed a place to stay that was close to my job at the airport so I decided to spend a night here. I arrived late in the night around 1:30 am and as I was checking in there was a couple who appeared intoxicated yelling profanity at... More

Where do I begin? For the previous bad reviews and management response, well it must have been lip service. 2 rooms adjacent or next to each other reserved 2 months in advance to end up separated. Lights missing shades, no dusting has been done in who knows how long, bedspreads stained, pillow cases stained and friking ROACHES. And check in... More

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Worst hotel stay EVER. Changed from one filthy room to another. Smelly and filthy! Obvious prostitution happening in parking lot. Innefficient staff. Manager and owner refused to give our money back said was hotel policy. Breakfast was not stocked and honestly wouldnt eat it as I question cleanliness. I work in hotel management and am... More

This is a tired hotel, much in need of love and care. The TV in the room didn’t work, one of the three lights was out, there was a gap between door and frame large enough for a sizeable rodent and the Internet access was intermittent. The décor is old and so hard to keep clean. That said, the price... More

I picked this hotel purely on pricing. Went to a show in center city and this hotel was within a reasonable proximity and the price was good for a Friday night. The front desk clerk was a very young man and seemed to be a bit discombobulated but checkin went smooth. Always book ahead like we did, at least a... More
