We attended a one day event at the beginning of January. The resort is in the process of being renovated. Areas at the entrance were blocked and bathroom facilities limited for the large crowd. I would not consider this a resort quality facility.

The staff always tells us that the rooms are going to be renovated "next month", however we always stay in the same room and it has never been renovated. There is current construction going on in the main lobby and exterior, so maybe that will include ADA upgrades and compliance.
