If you are visiting F and M college try to stay here. Good location and an interesting hotel. Have stayed twice and both times found management to be average to poor. This is in contrast to other properties in town where they work hard to keep your business. As usual - it comes down to location and this is a...

The room was clean and well-appointed. We dined at the John Jeffries restaurant downstairs, which was definitely 5 stars. Although the hotel has free wifi, it is not password protected. The front desk staff were friendly. The only very minor negative was the sense I had that the hotel was trying a little too hard to be hip. Can't a...

When we went to college here in the 70s, this was an industrial area (cigar wrapper factory and warehouses). Fortunately, many of the buildings were restored and turned into shops, apartments, and this hotel. The Lancaster Arts Hotel is beautifully architected and charming. Lots of local artwork and interesting furniture. Although for the money the "free breakfast" could be improved,...

My wife and I stayed at the Lancaster Arts on May 5-6, 2017. Unknown to us, the city held a "5k run" the following morning which shut off all vehicle access to the hotel. I had gone out for an early morning errand and was unable to return to the hotel to check out and pick her up for our...

The hotel is very quaint. We went on an overnight trip with three other couples. Our rooms were all different. My husband and I paid $50 more and we had the smallest room of them all. We all bought the Brewery Tour package which includes a brewery tour and vouchers for the merchandise shop and dinner. We were the only...

Its a nice hotel. The room was very nice and felt as if we were in a high-end loft apartment (exposed brick, metal ducks and pipes). The windows opened which was a plus and the floor (2nd) was quiet. I don't think we saw any one else on the floor the whole weekend. Breakfast was ok. There was a pancake...

Great Hotel for an anniversary night. Robyn at the desk could not be more accommodating. Gave me discounts below what the online booking sites had. A few issues with the room (nothing that ruined our stay) and they knocked another 50 dollars off without being asked. Quaint and nice Hotel. Restaurant is fabulous.

I have stayed at the Arts multiple times. I believe it used to be a tobacco factory now converted to a chic hotel in the downtown area of Lancaster. This is my go to hotel with a daughter in college nearby. The staff and management could not be more professional and accommodating. There are nice little surprises for the guests....

We stayed at Lancaster Arts for two nights while visiting colleges nearby. We had planned to stay for a night, but felt it was worth it to drive back for a second night and use this hotel as "home base" because it is so unique and fun. There is artwork everywhere and the building has tremendous charm and character. Rooms...
