Friends had recommended this B&B. Loved everything about this place. It is friendly, beautiful and has very attractive grounds with walking trails. Lots of places to just sit and relax and enjoy the scenery. It was a delight.

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast was opened in 2002. The bed and breakfast is in a lovingly re-purposed 1809 stone bank barn. There are four overnight guest rooms on the two upper floors. More Overnight guests are served a full breakfast each morning. An event space is on the lowest floor and opens to a large patio and garden. The 48 acre property has walking trails, woods, gardens and lawns, as well as a beautiful waterfall at the edge of the woods. There are 2 horses. 23 acres of crops, usually corn, is grown and harvested. The bed and breakfast is decorated in antiques and reproductions with many modern comforts added. Attention was paid to every detail. The waterfall is a popular site for outdoor wedding ceremonies. The event space (called The Pheasant Room) is available for wedding receptions, showers and other special occasions. The Pheasant Room can accommodate up to 100 guests. *15 minutes from area attractions and rests in the rolling hills of southern Lancaster County Less
