We were given a nice room with beautifully comfy beds and effective but slightly noisy air-conditioning. Another bonus was a small fridge but surprisingly, there was no safe, which was annoying. The one thing that stood out was the shower water pressure. We could adjust the temperature but not the pressure which was amazingly strong, and uncomfortably so. Friends staying in...

I liked the odd-shaped and spacious regular room. I was on the first floor with no floors above. It was extremely quiet and free from car noises in the parking lot. My partners on other wings and on upper floors complaint of hearing footsteps above them. The A/C system when it kicked in was noisy too for them and me....

I loved this hotel! From the moment you enter the door, the hotel embraces you with a loving combination of industrial chic old world factory and charm. The hotel was very quite, super clean and in the perfect downtown Lancaster location. Plus the bar and restaurant offers four star food. I dined in the lobby restaurant twice. The first night...

We spent three nights here for our son's wedding! This is a very unique, clean, hotel. The staff Michelle (bartender/server) and Keri (wedding coordinator) are gems! They were attentive, courteous, everything you need, they will take care of. Everything was well organized, communication was great. Definitely a place to have a wedding and stay!

Great location to explore downtown without a car. Huge suite, nicely laid out. Outstanding Continental Breakfast...did I mention the huge JACUZZI in the room??? One of the nicest places I've stayed-highly recommended!

Instead of enjoying my one year anniversary, I'm writing this review. Over a week ago I reserved a room at the hotel with the romance package, which included champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Because of a busy weekend, I thought staying downtown and having a nice surprise would be great. At 1 o'clock on the day of my reservation, I...

Attended a wedding there and stayed the night. Very nice facility for the reception and the rooms were unique in their old brick walls and open beamed ceiling. Hotel is built in an old cork factory and historical theme abound. Everyone I spoke to was impressed with the building. Staff was courteous but no overly so, food was very good...

The Cork Factory is one of 10 former factories and warehouses that have been remodeled for retail, hotels, food, offices and living spaces. Taken together, Lancaster has done a great job saving and re-purposing these older spaces. The Cork Factory is an interesting building with old brick in the interior of the public areas. The rooms have interesting angles and...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for your compliments regarding your stay at Cork Factory Hotel. The majority of our guest rooms are actually fitted with only a walk-in shower, and there is a very small percentage of rooms with the tub/shower combo that you mentioned. If you are able to return to Cork Factory Hotel, we ask that...

This hotel is in the middle of a factory complex with many other modern urban businesses. You have to drive around into the complex to find the hotel single solid front door. the complex is a marvel of gentrification. The architecture is stunning inside and out. Seems no expense was spared. The front desk staff have everything they need and...

The Cork Factory Hotel is located in a refurbished cork factory and therefore has many great architectural features, such as exposed wood beam ceilings and an exposed brick wall in some of the rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is fairly large with a big walk in shower. The bathroom is a bit dark, but the hotel...
