My husband and I were in Jim Thorpe to see a great band at the Opera House. We stayed at a wonderful Bed and Breakfast called The Parsonage. The home was just beautiful and filled with unique art work and antiques. The room was very comfortable and reasonably priced The best part of our stay was meeting Michael and Jeffri,...

We were very lucky to find such good hosts in this spontaneous trip we took to Jim Thorpe. Couldn't be happier with the warm greeting and the 5-star breakfast they served us. A unique collection of art and antiques that is impossible to not admire for hours. Thanks Michael and Jeffry for the wonderful stay.

Neither pictures nor words will do The Parsonage justice. I have travelled all over the world, and this is one of the best trips I have ever taken. Many people travel to Jim Thorpe to see the town and explore, as did we, but our trip turned out to be centered around The Parsonage experience, and the city was just...

I could write a ton but I will just summarize by saying this was the BEST B & B experience I have ever had. The food, the service, the advice on things to do. Michael and Jeffry are in the right business; both graduated from culinary school, both have extensive services experience, and collect art, and love travel.

One of the really nicest inns I have ever stayed in. So many little things that add up; a charging station for phones, laptops, etc, wifi that works everywhere, extra pillows in the room. Owners have done a beautiful job decorating and furnishing. Breakfast was fantastic and recommendations for places to go were all excellent choices. All in all a...

This spring we were the first guests after Jeffri and Michael started their operation of the Parsonage and we had a wonderful experience. We recently returned and found things have only gotten better. The hosts were warm and entertaining. The accommodations were comfortable and truly unique and the food was unparalleled. The hosts have a rare set of talents that...

This B&B has everything going for it. It is filled with high quality art and antiques, including a magnificent Venetian chandelier in the breakfast/dining room. It is conveniently located in the center of town, within easy walking of everything. There is off street parking for guests. The owners do everything possible to enhance the total experience, from serving incredible gourmet...

We booked this B and B for an anniversary weekend. The owners are fairly new, but they have created a relaxing stay, with beautiful decor, comfortable accomodations, and fantastic food. We would definitely recommend this place, and plan to come again.

My husband and I are world travelers and have stayed in many different hotels, motels, and B&B's around the world and I don't think we could have found a better place ANYWHERE than at the Parsonage B&B in the lovely small town of Jim Thorpe. The home was furnished in a way few would dare and was an absolute FEAST...

We spent two nights here in late November. We recommend this as an easy get-away from NYC or Philly. The hosts are engaged and charming. The furnishings and artwork are gallery-quality. You will really enjoy the well-prepared breakfasts, using seasonal ingredients and recipes that accommodate all of your diet preferences.

A "coffee lounge" is available 24/7 and is stocked with a variety of brews, hot chocolate and fresh biscotti. A screened gazebo in the backyard is a fun and breezy spot to while away the afternoon when one might be feeling lazy and an ideal spot to "picnic" with take away from one of the nearby restaurants.
