My family had a great time. The facilities were great, the food was plentiful, varied and delicious. I have a 11 year old, 8 year old and 3 year old and they were all completely entertained the entire weekend. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Kids are desperate to go again next year.

Glad we are getting it right, what we do we've learned from people just like you, its about the kids, the fun the engagement. Keep it simple and do it as well as we can, naturally. really look forward to having you back on the farm. cheers

Thank you to all the staff at Mowbray Park for another memorable Easter long weekend. We have been coming to Mowbray since our daughter was 11 months, she is now about to turn 6! My Dad brings my family and my sister's family every Easter, and every year when we're leaving, the kids ask, 'when are we coming back?'! We...

Hi Zoe, we're already talking about next years menu! Thanks so much for coming again it really is a special time for us. We have gotten to know each other over the years and we've watched our kids grow up. We just love the way all the kids get together and away they go (for the whole weekend). For us...

This accommodation is decidedly 'low brow' and led to our family leaving early. I have now read the reviews here more carefully, and completely concur with the poor old bathroom facilities, old worn rooms, lame food and we also found a spider inside our rooms. Light globes out - this is just guest basic care 101. There was a closed...

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. It is an opportune time to remind others that the level of engagement required for this type of experience is not for everyone. For many the sanitised consistency of a resort is the experience they seek, requires nothing more than turning up. When people commit to experiential tourism experiences it's entirely...

Mowbray has a variety of animals so it is definitely entertaining for the children. Do not expect 5 star rooms and facilities. Farmstays are meant to be rough. Food was simple but kitchen staff is sticky about timings. makes it very stressed for us as we had an infant 2 months old whom we had to attend constantly. Farmstay was...

Really enjoyed having you on the farm, loved chatting to you about flying. You engaged at a high level which was fantastic and did very well getting around the farm with your infant. We state times for meals we don't have much variation to that because of our activities program if we loose time it throws us out which is...

Had a great time on the farm with my 4 year old son. This was a hands on experience with him feeding the animals and milking a cow in the morning along with pony riding both in the morning and afternoon. We enjoyed the canoeing on the small lake and a trip up the stream to see birds and water...

Didn't we have fun, it was so cool watching your son find his way, discovering all these new sights, sounds and experiences. You gave him room to discover which we really notice when it occurs, well done. It was a nice week on the farm and I really enjoyed talking to you about planes, love your passion for flight. Hope...

Our family loved Mowbray Park Farm so much we brought back cousins and grandparents to experience the educational and fun farm stay. There was something for people of all ages. The little ones loved feeding the animals and riding the ponies, while the bigger boys enjoyed mountain biking around the farm, trying to outdo each other whip cracking and boomerang...

We all decided that this weekend was the new benchmark for all others! We so enjoyed ourselves. Meeting more members of your family, seeing the boys out riding and running was great. I know the buildings are old we try to keep the basic things good and you've understood what coming here is all about. The girls will be delighted...

Just returned yesterday from yet another fantastic Family break at Mowbray Park. We and our kids had an absolutely gorgeous break with the peaceful surrounds, fresh country air, warm hospitality of Blair, Jacqui, Elise, Steve and Jane and all the talented ladies of the kitchen who provided us with absolutely delicious meals. We love our stays at MP and can't...

We all felt a gap in our lives after the weekend, as I said to one of the other families this weekend set a new benchmark. I don't think I have ever seen such universal engagement by so many there were things going on all the time, we had the bikes out we went orienteering, the camp fires with everyone...

This was our first farm stay in Australia and we loved it. It was a great family break as all the meals were included. They were all well thought out with food that was tasty for parents but worked for children too. The activities were perfect for our two little ones (farm animals, boiling billy cans on fires, making bread...

Thank you so much for your review, we had a wonderful few days when you were here the kids enjoyed the farm and that's what we try to achieve. Pleased to hear that we met your expectations in other areas as well, its surprisingly complex this business always having an eye to the farming responsibilities (animals etc) keeping the lodges...

I cannot fault Mowbray. The food, lodgings, staff, program, settings, atmosphere - were all better than I expected. AND great great value. I took my 3 young children away for a weekend & we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though we did all the activities I felt like I had actually had a break too! Loved it & can't wait...

Hi Janey, we had a great time with you here, we love it when the engagement level is set to maximum! It means the world to us if we can exceed expectations, as I occasionally say farming is a history all of humanity share and its a future all of humanity needs. We recently stayed at Mowbray Park from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. We had two young children (under 8 years) who both had a terrific time.
