we stayed in an economy room. even though a lot outdated the room was small but clean & bed comfortable. The pool certainly needed some tough love with what looked like mould on the bottom which the creepy crawlie was just gliding over. overall though would stay there again. staff friendly & welcoming

We found our way to the Fig Tree - primarily because they had a pool for our son. And we are so glad we did! Of our 6 months travel this might have been the most welcoming and kind hosts we have had the pleasure to meet. Accommodating and caring, we were taken care of. The rooms are nice, the...

Stayed economy room and bathroom is filthy and furniture and walls are all broken and door is not properly closing. Bugs and insects everywhere and I had to spray insect repellent. $88 per night still can't justify this

The staff were very accommodating and fantastic, we brought our pup and they couldn't be more helpful! The rooms have been modernised and well done, unlike most older motels it was free from that musty old smell and hideously patterned bedspreads and for the price we paid it was well worth it. Definitely would come back if ever passing through!

We booked rooms for trip down and trip back. The first room was newly-renovated and excellent on the ground floor with a quiet air-conditioner. The second room on the return trip was upstairs, much smaller, dated, and had a very noisy air-conditioner. Considering that both rooms cost the same, there was a marked discrepancy in quality. Also, when booking, room...

Stayed in a ground floor room that was a good size with a comfortable firm bed. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The motel is conveniently located to the main shopping centre but i ate in the restaurant where the meals were reasonably good. The hosts are quite friendly and full of advice when asked.

Motel room clean and contained everything required for an overnight stay. On site restaurant meal was excellent and staff very friendly and very obliging. A very good motel for an overnight stay, whilst travelling and working in this area of NSW.

Didn't bother staying in this place. Took one look at the room and walked out. Broken switches, dirty. Grumpy little woman behind the counter. very noisy from roads and walls were paper thin. There was a strange smell about the place.

Driving from Adelaide to Canberra. Wonderful hosts. Most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept in. Very good sheets and towels. Great food in their onsite restaurant. Highly recommend the Fig Tree Motel.

Anne & Robert Dunn were the most hospitable motel managers I have ever encountered. Our two room unit was great value and tastefully decorated. Their cute little dog Ruggles was a feature. Rebecca the chef cooked a tasty meal. A memorable overnight stay and highly recommended.
