The flying van is the key. Property adjoins the pub for take away drinks and bistro meals.Pool is always clean and refreshing. Stay prices are good value. Free wi-fi. Nice part of town , close proximity to every thing. Reception will organise tours for guests. Fantastic hosts, who will go the extra mile. Love the cabins in the air con at...

I had a great little room. It had sufficent aircon (on a 40+ day), a bar fridge that was icy cold, a bathroom that was a decent size, a shower that was wonderful and a bed that was so comfy. The TV was wonderful and the pool, although was small, I had to myself and it was gorgeous. There is...

Had the pleasure of staying at this resort for 3 nights. Although not a resort in typical sense for the area it would have to be the best facilities. The pub is part of the complex and the staff were friendly and happy to help. Over the new year period the publican even put on a BBQ and the cleaning...

Cob-webs and spiders , Broken phone , A/c remote flat. Dogs all around. Front door lock needs replacing. We cancelled 3 of the 5 days we booked, and received a refund. A renovation is way over due in my opinion.

We had the standard cabin at this park for 2 nights. Clean, friendly staff, well laid out, good swimming pool, at the Northern end of town. Part of a pub, so liquor available. Restaurant id pretty boarding school - pick food, pay, and it's delivered. Servings are huge - neither grandson or myself could finish it.

Spent a couple of nights here with a group of friends. Room was lovely & clean. Bar & bistro were great. Nice coffee shop over the road. Service station directly opposite. I love Lightning Ridge & would definitely stay here again.

This is a very large park, linked to a lot of cabin accommodation, bistro & bottle shop. The grounds are fairly bare (understandably, given the climate) and the facilities fairly basic, though adequate. There was a lot of construction noise when we were there, though we were able to move to a quieter site

A group of us stayed in two rooms for 3 nights. Enjoyed dinner at the bistro, a drink in the pub (on site) and seeing the sights. It is well located opposite the Information Centre. Areas for improvement - there are a lot of little things that need to be improved. The communal washing machine took my money and didn't...

For the price we expected a lot more. Rooms serviced daily but only a change of towels, no extra milk, consumables or beds changed/made. Rooms had loads of cobwebs and not cleaned well. We would be looking to stay elsewhere next time we visit.
