Comfortable bed and a very welcoming atmosphere. Host was very helpful and friendly. A lot of street noise at night but I was in a front bedroom. The TV in the lounge didn't work. Easy walk into the centre of town.

Our visit at bamboo cottage was very pleasurable. Louise, the house manager was very friendly and welcoming. It felt like we were just staying at a friends place. The house itself had so much character and i fell in love with it! Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed two nights in the stand alone cottage. It was self contained and very private. We were made to feel very welcome by Louise. It is conveniently located with a 5 min walk to the beach. There were many restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets nearby, but while at the cottage it seems like a world away as it was very quiet there.

A nice romantic get away. Tidy and uniquely set out rooms. Has WiFi but cant get it in the room. Nice spacious room. Close to town. Nice operators. Just needs a little more polish to get an extra star rating but all up a nice stay. Breakfast would have been a nice inclusion.

Bamboo cottage was an excellent place to stay for a short trip to Byron Bay. The host Louise was most welcoming and immediately made you feel at home. Would highly recommend and am intending on returning. Good amenities, easy walking to shops & beach.

It was simply beautiful to turn up to somewhere that is exactly if not nicer than its photos. With its own beautiful styling we felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. walking distance to town made our time away even better than we had hoped as everything was virtually at the door. Thanks again. Andy

Convenient location and only minutes to walk up to the beach and main town, it was great to be so close to everything and yet so quiet. The room was clean and spacious, Louise and Berenice were very friendly and could not do enough for you. A great relaxing atmosphere.

I had never been to Byron, therefore didnt know what to expect. Bamboo Cottage defenitly enhanced my experience in Byron Bay! The lovely care taker of the cottage at the time was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She made us feel very welcome, at home and apart of a family. Although the cottage is very basic,...

Location was very handy, close to the walkway from the bus stop and to the main street. I felt welcome to use the place as my own and as I was travelling solo, there was a good atmosphere to sit in the lounge and chat with other guests and Louise. The room I had was tiny but didn't bother me, but...

We booked this accommodation last minute for a wedding in Byron, as need to find something dog friendly. We were welcome and felt at home. We had our own cottage out the back, it was lovely and private, nice and warm, and had great character about it. Our pooch had an all enclosed outdoor area, and was also inside. Small...

“The single room is quite small but if you're travelling light or staying for a while there is room to store clothing etc. All rooms are situated well away from noise as the cottage is tucked away from any main roads.”

“The Bali House is a mini cottage perfect for couples or artists which is separate from the main house with the other bedrooms. The bed is in little space on raised platform that is very romantic but may be difficult to access if you have mobility issues, just a heads up.”
