The hotel has modern, large rooms and overlooks the golf course. As it is not too close to the town it is quite at night. My wife went for an early morning walk through the neighbouring suburbs and reported that it was a pleasant area to walk in. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the restaurants in town.

A large family group stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we were all impressed by the wonderful staff, large rooms and great bathrooms. The hotel is modern and well maintained and all staff I encountered were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The live music in Harveys Bar was excellent on both nights...

Hotel room is very nice. Overlooking the golf course with the autumn coloured trees being perfect backdrop however we came for a wedding so stayed 3 nights we had a very small hanging space for our clothes there was only 2 of us, there are no drawers in the large room so you have to live out of a suitcase...

Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, perfect place for a weekend family tour. Suggest to book Executive rooms, which are facing the golf course with wide open views of a mountain background and tall beautiful trees. Strangely good mix of sculptures of Egyptian, Indian and Chinese display on the corridors. Nice bar offering with potato/cheese pizzas and meat/seafood plate, highly recommended...

Loved our time here, beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms have a beautiful outlook onto the golf course. I found this hotel blissfully quiet and relaxing. The restaurant wasn't as great as I had expected but was reasonable.

We stayed in the superior suite and were really pleased. Shower and bath were first class, room was spacious and modern and the view of the golf course and lake were pleasant. Beds were amazing - we almost slept through breakfast on the first day! We drove in on the Friday night and it was difficult to find the hotel...

I rang to make a reservation for a birthday lunch. The receptionist took my details and said she would call me with confirmation of the reservation. I didn't hear anything, so went ahead and booked somewhere else. On the day of the birthday lunch, someone from Gibraltar Hotel rang and assumed we were arriving there for lunch. I told them...

It was a great feeling to walk into the beautiful hotel lobby after the one we just walked out of (over priced dump), to be welcomed with a big warm smile. Our room was fresh, modern and Very clean. The Harvey Bar was just a delight and it was great to meet locals that enjoy this stunning building.

This was my 1st time here and it was rather underwhelming. The rooms were a good size and clean but that's all that was positive. I wanted to watch a show on Fox Sports but they don't have Foxtel. For the $280 they charged surely they could provide Foxtel! I ordered the Angus eye fillet in the restaurant which was...

The rooms are in the process of being renovated, we were staying in a recently renovated room. New carpets - new bed heads, now with reading lamps. New menu in the restaurant, upgrade to Harveys Bar. If you haven't been for a while, go back and see the changes. Also had a lovely treatment in the day spa.
