Staff were friendly and hospitable, rooms were clean and basic. It’s a good location although like the other reviewers; we found it a little noisy. It is a good location if you are going to a wedding and won’t be hanging around the motel much otherwise if you are planning a weekend in Bowral where you want to lounge around,... More

was able to book a room last minute and good a reasonable rate. Upon arrival the owner was very pleasant and helpful and her dogs seem to rule the reception area. This is a smaller 12 room motel and the 'executive' rooms at the rear are apparently larger & quieter. This location offers an east stroll to the centre of... More

We were greeted by the canine welcoming committee on arrival. They were so cute. The human greeting was just as warm and welcoming. Lovely. Although it was a bit strange that we were asked what crockery we needed, which was promptly brought to the room. Autumn in Bowral is not warm and we couldn't figure out why the windows were... We stayed at the manning Bowral on the recommendation of friends. Good little country style motel. We stayed in a queen room and although it's small it was cosy. The beauty is that it's so close to town. Bowral is so pretty we ended up staying an extra night and even though the motel was pretty packed they said it... More

We stayed at the manning for 2 nights and found it to be a very quiet, relaxing place to stay. Walking distance to the lovely gardens, cafes and restaurants of Bowral. Our room was very clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We had no problems with noise from other guests as the walls are thick brick. Altogether... More

We stayed at The Manning for 5 nights while visiting family in Bowral. We were disappointed by the tired decor, very dirty carpet, uneven housekeeping and paper thin walls. We were kept awake on 3 consecutive nights by the crying baby next door and could hear our neighbours talking and using the bathroom. Our mini fridge was so loud that... More
