A warm welcome and shown the ground floor facilities then up to the room on the first floor overlooking the road - which is a very quiet back street. The room was small and compact but nicely set out and comfortable, the bed was medium to firm double. Breakfast was just right size and very very tasty - more was...

The staff were really friendly and the duvet weight was excellent, bed also clean. Nice selection of toiletries and tea making items also a nice touch with the couple of bars of chocolate. Quality of channels on the TV was excellent, (shame about the TV). A note greeted me on the door stating to ring a mobile number to be...

Would definitely recommend. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was well cooked and served very quickly. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The location is good for the ferry. There are amenities very close by.

Fabulous. Nights sleep and woken to tasty home cooked breakfast with the nicest sausage's. Friendly and helpful caretakers can't wait to go back Proprietor not on site but caretakers live up the road and arrived in a couple of minutes I was in the building alone but felt very safe. Comfortable room I will recommend to family to stay there

I stayed saturday to monday and as previous reviewers have stated you need to telephone a local lady to come and let you in. My room had a private bathroom but this was not in the bedroom so I had to keep leaving my room to use the toilet and/or shower. As both rooms lock behind you you have to...

The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely to use. I have a really bad gluten intolerance and told them beforehand, they got me gluten free bread and followed steps to avoid making...

Just returned from visiting friends in Torpoint. Cambridge House was great! Friendly staff and freedom to come and go as you please. In a great location, within easy walking distance to shops and close to Torpoint Ferry. The guest house itself is clean with bright and modern rooms. No complaints from me, will definitely stay here again next time I'm...

We stayed at Cambridge House in Torpoint for a weekend wedding stopover of two nights. They were very lovely hosts although they did not live on the premises, but it was a shame that the guest house was located on a normal street within loads of domestic houses. View from our window was another house. Located very near the Torpoint...

Found it once we gave up on the Sat Nav. The streets are close together and the Sat Nav could keep up. Very central for the ferry point and far enough away from the town centre. Lovely rooms, we had a family flat which had 2 doubles and a twin bedrooms, which shared a shower/toilet room. plenty of wardrobe space,...
